Not sure why people are so worried about "dawn" being gone, the staff is wonderful and the doctors as well. They all make you feel welcome and treat everyone like family! you go guys!!!
My whole family and my whole office sees these doctors and they are beyond terrific. However, there were some old staff that always made you feel welcome that are gone now. I dealt with on staff person, long blondish hair, pony tail. She is the most rude, customer unfriendly person I have ever met. She acts as if it is a chore to take care of you.I just noticed another person, Grace, posted and she summed up my thoughts perfect. Doctors are great, front office service is aweful. WHERE IS DAWN?
Since new manager came in this place has really gone downhill. Staff dresses like bimbo's and are too busy chatting with each other to help patients or answer the phone. Decided to change to a new practice since Dawn isn't in the optical center any longer. She was the only one who seemed to care. The doctors seems smart but they need to get their staff in order before it's too late.
Dr Scott Theile is not for the patient. This was my first and last visit. So sad. He doesn't explain things and when you have the last appointment you better understand your insurance fully. He wants out - leaves before you do and not understanding everything. He gave me another type of contact lense. I told him I wasn't 100% sure about the one I was in. They never wrote down my old prescription - this was not to my knowledge. Well long story short - the new prescription didn't work. I caledl to tell them. First they said no problem we will write you another one. Days go by I keep calling - it will be coming they say. Finally they decide NO, not doing it. If I want my old prescription I have to come in for $200 or $80 more. They change their minds on that too. Be careful! Really know what you need. I don't want someone else to fall into this trap.
Dr. Weinstein us absolutely fantastic, very thorough, and is extremely accurate. All of the technicians and assistants are kind and very helpful. Furthermore, the expense of glasses is approximately one-half of what I used to pay at another private company. I would recommend these wonderful individuals any day of the week.
