Purchased a new system 8 years ago from Wilson and called for service call recently when system shut quit cooling . When they came out said low pressure switch shut down system and TXV was bad . After replacing 2 TXV and returning the second time adding freon I questioned service manager but he was insistent TXV was problem . Offered to check for leak for free after spending $1200.00 on repairs. After doing research my invoice said I purchased a 410-A system with 5 year warranty on air handler and 10 year on compressor . The freon was R-22 and air handler can't be replaced because of government regulations so I would have to purchase entire new system .Called another company for second opinion not trusting Wilson . They found leak in air handler . Wilson is either incompetent or shady .Check paperwork carefully is my advice to any customers who have done business with them .

When the condensing unit and 10-year old air handler at our beach condo started giving out, we began our research into whom we'd go with to replace our system. When I called Wilson, they were very knowledgeable about our building and what kind of system we'd need. With fair pricing and very friendly service, we decided to go with Wilson. This is where they really shined. Our broken A/C had been patched up but decided to fail for the last time right as a tenant was leaving. We had a just a handful of days before our next renter was moving in and our scheduled installation wasn't until after they left. Wilson was able to shuffle some jobs around and accommodate us. They did the install just 2 days after that and everything went smoothly. The new A/C was in before the next renter and it's working perfectly. We were able to keep our scheduled renter and I couldn't have been happier with how everything went. I won't forget how Wilson was able to help us out in a pinch!
