        The crew is professional, prompt and does really nice work.

        Careful when dealing with owners who are unprofessional when it comes to managing the business.

        Have a very detailed contract for work to be performed, process steps, materials/products and guaranty. I spent 5k for work done but didn't move forward with $15k more because of 'contractual issues'. The job was not completed to my satisfaction but I was told was completed to the 'contract'. Include details of your specific requests in writing. NO verbal agreement. I paid additional for work identified at estimating not in the contract. Also personally did rework because materials I specified were not in the contract.

        Don't get bounced between the two owners. Who are not responsive. Know who is your primary contact/decision maker so written agreements are accurate.

        While their YP General Information sounds great they don't "go above and beyond to make sure our services meet the customers standards the first time, every time."

        Mr. Taylor was prompt with an estimate, we just could not receive a call back after estimate. We understand things happen, but we were anxious to make a decision, since water was coming into the house.

        This review has nothing to do with the quality of their work..he was recommended by a paint company locally.
