The service department of this dealership has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I live in Palm Coast and drove up one Saturday to get my oil changed. Upon arriving, I was told that there were three cars ahead of me and that it would be a 2 hour wait (seriously....for an oil change?!). I decided I would just go home and make an appointment for the following Saturday online.

The next Saturday, I arrived with a printed confirmation of my appointment. I was then told that they don't make appointments for oil changes. When I showed them my confirmation email, they were baffled and said that it "was a flaw in the system". They then told me it would be a 2 hour wait and that they couldn't honor my appointment. The best that they would be able to do was give me the oil change for free. I'm sorry but it's not worth 2 hours of my day for a 20 dollar oil change.

Needless to say, I will never do business with these jokers again and I would suggest anyone else out there looking for service do not as well.

Don't go there. The truth is ...

Don't go there. The truth is not in them. Since '07, I've attempted to buy three vehicles there. I live in St. Augustine and prefer to buy local when possible. Mistakenly, over the years, I thought things may have changed there. Worst of the worst...Jose, Joe, Todd. Don't have a clue how they keep the lights on and the doors open. Imo, the whole bunch of them should be tarred, feathered and sent out on a rail!

Amazing Customer Service

I just bought my 2012 Sentra 2 weeks ago and I had the easiest time there... I just told them my budget and what I had to work with and they found something that was in my budget... My brother recommended it to me and neither of us has had a problem. I have and would recommend it for anybody. The only negative thing I have to say about them is after you purchase a vehicle they keep calling to make sure everything is fine.

Nissan of St. Augustine ripoff - worst service!

I have a 2009 Armada LE. This is my 8th & FINAL Nissan. In 15 years of owning only nissans, I have watched their quality go straight to hell. This $56,000.00 Armada LE ?SLED? is my last nissan.

nissan of St. Augustine has the WORST ""service"" department I've ever experienced in 30 years of owning cars. I've been in there 6 times in 18 months. The big problem was their SABOTAGE of a multiple valid warranty claims, which I'll explain in a moment.

On the 6 occasions I had to use them here is what happened. The oil changes were exactly that: an oil change - NOTHING else. They filled the washer fluid with water. They didn't check a 1 thing on the so-called 21 point checklist. They didn't check the wiper blades, which were ragged after a year. How stupid - they could have sold me new ones. They ignored a simple cleaning of one crusted battery terminal. I did that myself. On all 3 oil changes they merely changed the oil & filter - nothing else was checked!

But the REAL problems arose with warranty work - TIP: if you need warranty work: RUN from this dealer. They'll do everything possible to SABOTAGE your warranty claim, even though it is valid. I had tremendous rust inside & outside of this defective sled; even the headrest stems were completely corroded after only 12 months = cheap as hell metals nissan uses now. The wheels are heavily pitted. My right side mirror piece broke with a hairline crack because it had a defective mirror frame. This dealership LIED to nissan by telling them that I had broken the mirror. They said all the tremendous rust inside & outside [of this rustbucket sled] was ""typical wear & tear"", a flat out LIE.

The clown who runs the ""service"" department told me that I need to >> wash my car every day to prevent rust, as I live within 1 mile of the beach <

Taken advantage of....

Dont not purcahse your next vehicle from this establishment. If you like to get way less for your trade than its worth and enjoying being asked to pay more after you close the deal, by all means give them your business. Otherwise do not give this dealership one cent of your money!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
