My family ordered 2 large pizzas and an appetizer and had the food delivered. The driver got lost - 5 minutes from the restaurant and our neighborhood has 1 street - pretty much impossible. He drove around for 30 minutes, my husband searched for him and a cook had to go find him. During the 30 minutes the delivery guy was lost, the woman at the restaurant that had taken our order, repeatedly apologized and said there would be no charge for the order. Thought that was the end of it. Our account was charged for the order. I called and spoke to the same manager. He said that the woman never told us there would be no charge and that he would not refund the $39.11. Why would we pay $39.11 for cold food? We only took the food because they apologized and said there would be no charge! After the manager yelled at us on the phone, we told him that it was up to him to do the right thing and if he hadn't refunded the money in a couple of days then we would dispute it. He never refunded the money.
