Recently hired On Time Moving and Storage out of St. Augustine, FL for the third time in five years. Note: There are a couple other companies in Florida called On Time so make sure you get the guys in St. Augustine. I worked with Bobby in the office there. First off, their charges are good. They come out, look at what you have to move and give you their estimate of what it will cost. They are on target and very fair. I like that. Next, I am a coach and I move fairly often with my job. I know how to pack. I use decent packing boxes. I label each box with my name and what room the box goes to. I count my boxes and number them so we all know what is mine. On Time Moving and Storage has been there for me each and every time I hired them. And this is the best of all. NO BREAKAGE. NO DAMAGE. NO LOSS. NO KIDDING. I do personally like to move first thing in the morning. They often arrive early on my moving day and they get right to work. No eating up time. I appreciate that. Believe me, I do have some moving horror stories I could share ... but NOT with this company. I have ABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINTS and only praise for On Time Moving and Storage. Finally, we all know it is stressful to move ... but this company takes a lot of the pressure off moving and I appreciate that more than I can say. There are good and bad out there everywhere. I have moved a lot in the past 10 years and I would not call anyone else. Believe me I have my own bad stories about other companies but I prefer to post positive reviews and learn from the bad ones. I am so lucky to have found On Time Moving & Storage in St Augustine . I have have used them repeatedly. I have worked with several different crews and always receive the same quality of service. I have special lift chairs that cost a lot of money and are very important to my quality of life and I need them to be the last loaded and first unloaded to make my life easier and they have always gone above and beyond to help with my needs. I have a lot of breakables and everything has always arrived just the way I packed it. My furniture is leather and it is always wrapped so as not to get damaged. If you have moved you know how important that is. I wanted to post this review so that I could help others have a good moving experience also. I understand that it is a stressful time and anything that can reduce that is a godsend. Thank you for your continued outstanding service.
I was moving from East Palatka to St. Augustine, a 25 mile, 40 minute drive. I needed help loading the truck so searched for a Palatka moving company. Minorcan came up with a Palatka address and phone number so I called and explained that I needed two hours of labor to load. I was told they would send two men and the hourly rate would be $95. Great! That's exactly my budget. They showed up promptly at 8:30 and produced paperwork showing a start time of 7:30. When I asked about this, I was told that there was an hour drive time. I asked where they drove from and was told St. Augustine. I explained that I called a Palatka number and thought I was hiring local movers, to which they responded that there is no Palatka location. Talk about deception! I was never told that the two hours I was requesting would also include travel time. So I said, ok, you have an hour so load all the heavy things. The response was, well we have an hour drive back too. So I paid $190 to have them drive back and forth (mind you, it's a 40 minute drive...max!). They loaded 6 items into the truck, most of which I could have carried myself. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!
After obtaining several quotes, we decided to hire Minorcan to handle our move from Houston, TX to St. Augustine, FL. Having had a few bad experiences in the past, going with Minorcan turned out to be the best decision we could have made. The truck was on time, and the movers were top-notch professionals. We watched as they moved heavy furniture and 174 boxes down three flights of stairs, without leaving a single scuff mark on the walls. Most of our furniture and numerous artifacts were purchased overseas, and therefore irreplaceable. Everything arrived in PERFECT condition, and on time. It’s our understanding that Minorcan’s employees have been with them for years, and that alone speaks volumes. SIX STARS!
Consumers beware! Our 70 inch TV's screen was punctured by a furniture leg in transit because it was negligently packed on their truck. I called Rich Morey at Full Circle to see what could be done and he immediately blamed us for packing the TV in a proper TV box for moving instead of wrapping it in one of their moving blankets. One would think that a professional moving company claiming to have experience would be able to securely and safely pack a TV on their truck! Rich's offer of compensation for the mishap was $18! Look at the fine print they only offer .60 per pound on a damaged item. I would not recommend this company.

Me and my mom used On Time Moving. The service was exceptional and the price was ok they were not the cheapest but were definately the best mover I have ever dealt with. Everything was handled so delicately and cautiously. The wrapped and blanketed everything and the price was exactly what was estimated. No problems and nothing broken.

Moving companies aren't required to be an AMSA member, but the ones that are have committed to the association's rules and regulations, which protect both the companies and the consumers hiring them. If a company isn't an AMSA member, that doesn't mean it isn't reputable, but an AMSA membership is a clear indication of legitimacy.
