Terrible service department. No one knows what they are doing. Excuses and excuses for not getting vehicle done when they say they would have it done. Low rent service area, dirty and unkept.

************BAD SERVICE**********We went to Love Lexus with intent to purchase a 2016 model. We had our trade-in inspected and were not given the amount we desired and went home without purchasing. The next day, the salesman called to offer a 2015 model instead. We said no thanks. TWO days later, he calls and says they will give the desired trade amount for the 2016 model we wanted. We changed all of our plans to get there that day. He calls back about an hour later to say that his manager took the deal back. I am not happy. Love Lexus, in my opinion, is not worried about making anyone happy since they are the only Lexus dealer around. We will drive to Columbus before dealing with them again. ************BAD SERVICE**********

I had 3500.00 worth of repairs done at Love Lexus. One the dash harness had to be fully replaced to turn off the airbag light. After paying 2500.00 to have that done it still did not resolve the issue the said that i now needed a air bag ecu another 900.00. I also had my rear axle replaced and that was another 1000.00. They kept my car for 2 or 3 weeks and gave me a loaner, One reason they took so long was because their staff had the flu the other reason was that it took the time to get the parts in. I got a loaner car for the mean time. When my car was done i talked with Brien and he said he could wait till i get the check to pick it up. Then we got hit with our bad snow storm and it prevented me from getting up and down my hill. Due to the weather i could not get off my hill and they said if i did not return the car within a day the "Manager" Frank Ruzzo said he would report it stolen. This is horrible customer service and Lexus corporate will know . Also the issues on the car were not fixed the rear axle side it making worse noise and the console parts are not properly connected. I picked the car up sunday so i had no way to talk with service. I hear just about everyone at the toyota plant won't buy car's from Love anymore due to these reason.
Took my car to get serviced, they did a terrible job something that you would expect from a gas station repair shop. The forgot the put the clips back in the engine bay compartment covers, they failed to diagnose a rear right bearing/axle leaking *that clicks now* thanks to them. Spilled antifreeze under the radiator when refilling. I had the car under warranty with a different dealership and could have been paid for. I called the service Manager Frank Ruzzo to express my concern he said he would call me back. He did not, instead the service guy Gary Walker called. Gary Walker was rude and unhelpful and misquoted me on an airbag light. He told me it would cost $2000.00 to have it fixed then 2 weeks later told me $2800.00 was what it would cost. I said that's not what you said last time, he said well that's what is it and they can't do anything about the rear hub noise even though it's their fault they misdiagnosed it.I want everyone out there to know what they are dealing with when they go there. If your paying your hard earned money you don't want to get ripped off. I have contacted Lexus Corporate on behalf of their actions. I have heard other people complain about how horrible this dealer is. I would not take my car here again. People need to express their complaints to the BBB or surgeon General to get the service of this facility to be top notch. Right now it's not top notch and the reviews below prove it. I hope the president rid's of the staff who are not performing satisfactory to customers to stand by and ensure the true Lexus quality customers deserve.
Terrible service. Please do not go here because they will rip you off. Went in to have headlights replaced, within 3 weeks they shorted out. When I went back, they charged me to repair the lights they improperly installed. Then, they gave me an incorrect quote over the phone for a part that they said would cost $150. At appointment, they charged $750 and would not honor original quote. On my final visit, I overheard management discussing how the hose on my oxygen censor needed replaced but they were going to just charge me for a whole new oxygen censor. Needless to say, I left and never went back. Also, when I contacted management, they were unhelpful, unprofessional, and basically said it was my problem, not theirs.
The people at this dealership went the extra mile to get me a great deal on the car I wanted. The saleman Joey Walker was the best ever, I highly recommend Joey and the dealership.
