I have bought some very nice cars
Why does your business deal with importers who make agreements with customers with an exchange of money and then pull out of the agreement - it is illegal and is bad business. Since your business was involved, you are as bad as your bad importer relationship. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEIR FRIEND ELIE!
Awful dealership. Sold me a truck on a Friday afternoon, the very next morning almost got into an accident with it due to faulty part in the front end. Brought it right back told them I didn't want the vehicle and to cancel the deal. They said they would not. One salesman even had the balls to tell me maybe it was "operator error" and I assure you if I ever see him in public he's gonna wish he never said that. Horrible place to do business. Salesman are slime balls. I've talked to other dealers in the area (trying to get rid of this death trap they sold me) and they said paquins is known for selling junk. Go somewhere else. Don't even pop in to see what they have just avoid the place.
These guys worked really hard to make sure my family and I were happy with our purchase. Our Honda Insight is great, functions perfectly, and one would never guess it had been used before by anyone. There was some miscommunication about an issue with the tires, but after Jamie (the awesome rep we worked with) made some phone calls, we got it sorted out. Thanks for a great car and all your work to make sure we drove a safe and smooth ride!
I was told that the price of the car would be 18k, even after I asked what the total price would be I was assured 18k. they had a huge stack of papers and I was told that I got there close to closing. Most people were packing up their desks when I got there. There were about 15 papers to sign and was talked to about the interest rate on my loan but not the loan about. Once the paperwork was finished we were told that they were closing. Once I got home I looked in the packet to make sure I had the paperwork legal to drive. When I saw that the car in fact was over 22k and they signed me up for a loan to cover it. I should have been reading the paperwork, but I now see that they were pushy so that I wouldn't have time. When I went to talk to them when they opened that next morning I was told only a repo would be the way for me to get rid of the car and I when I said no to a dealer logo plate and got a huge amount of attitude. Never going there again.
I would not recommend this dealership to anyone because they do not stand behind their product. I went to Moore Quality Auto and traded in my 2005 Scion XA, along with $8,000, for a 2002 Toyota Tacoma. The owner, David Moore, assured me that the truck would be able to handle a cross-country road trip. He also assured me that although the emergency brake light was always on, it was safe to drive the truck. When I made it to Arizona, I was informed that the entire A/C unit would have to be replaced for $2,000; I got a second opinion for the same amount. David Moore told me that it was my problem and there was nothing he would do, unless I wanted to drive my truck over 3,000 miles to have his mechanic look at it, at which point I would still be left with an outstanding bill.
