They sold me a car with no warranty but verbally guaranteed me the car had just had repairs to fix an oil leak and they would stand behind the repairs. (the engine bay was an oily mess.) Shortly thereafter, the temporary plate that they stuck in the window was about to expire so I found out they had my actual plate sitting on a desk at Butterfield's. I had to call every day for weeks to get them to mail my plate to me. Before I even got my plate the car broke down leaving me stranded. Carey Butterfield assured me that he would help me out but couldn't do anything for me right away. After getting my car home, missing two days of work, and spending 600$ just in parts, I re-repaired the work that they did. After that, Carey ghosted me. I've called several times and he never seems to be around, and never returns phone calls. Horrible customer service and the shop smelled like a skunk died inside. I highly recommend going elsewhere.
Great deal on a used truck. Pleasure to deal with. Honest fair and will listen to your needs not just try to sell you something.
It was great, Keith help me with everything i needed and answered all my questions promptly. I got the car i was looking for and had no hassle or issues getting the car i wanted. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Ill recommend them to alot of my friends.
Misleading and Fraudulent!!!!! Purchased a vehicle with extended warranty. I give it to them the car looked emaculant. Carfax they showed seemed to check out no issues listed. Within 30 days of dealers warranty there were issues they claim to check and repair. They claim there were no other issues, but the following month got the vehicle check to go out of town. Learn the vehicle had major electrical issues and etc., that they not disclose and it did not occurred within the short time of having it. To add insult to injury the extended warranty didn't cover issues and dealer has been avoiding calls and fails to return calls. Vehicle is not safe to drive, contacted the manufacturer. The manufacturer said their limited to a solution because the dealer fail to have the vehicle certified. I feel we were bamboozled the issues existed prior to our purchase, they consealed and bandaid the issues. Theses cars are not certified, they are not accredited by the BBB, and they customer service sucks. It hasn't been 2 months and I have to pay almost 2 grand to get it safe to drive. DONT TRUST BUTTERFIELD NOR THEIR CARFAX!!!! THEIR MISLEADING and all though the vehicles looks nice they are DECEIVING YOU. GO TO A DEALER THAT CAN ASSURE YOU ON YOUR BIG INVESTMENT.
All their cars have major problems, just the appearance looks good. They're not wiling to fix them either. Then if you ask them to fix the problems they'll give you attitude about a car that you're gonna be stuck with until it's paid off.
I bought my first car through them. A 1996 grand am. It was a great car ran and drove good. Any issues i had they did there best to take care of it. Very helpfull and kind. They treated me like a friend more then a number. I will deffinatly go there again
Fist of all these place are a joke they don't help people with bad credit they take advantage of them when I got a car from them biggest mistake of my life I was told in 5-8 months I could refinance and my payments would be cheaper but that was a lie I payed every time on Time some times early when I called the bank I was told they can't help me because the car was only worth 5,000$ they charged me 12,000$ my so I had to take it back I did a voluntary repossession and when I got the car I got a tune up also so basically took in back in better shape than I got it they still went after me my girlfriend consign for me so now they steal her wages we were young and dumb victims of loan sharks period no other way to put it put word of moth is strong and when you make a living off of scamming people then your gonna lose a lot of business I hope someone reads this and it helps them I really do I messed up but you don't have to save up your money or walk in my opinion it's not worth it so next time you see a crossed eyed man on tv who says it doesn't mater trust me it does matter the only thing that doesn't matter is who is dumb enough to deal with them or tnt financial I'm happy to say I saved up money and got a mustang GT for only 4,700$. And I own it thank god the mustang they sold me wasn't a GT and it had more miles they supposedly sold said mustang at auction for 3,000 of the money I owe so yea lol that's funny you get 3,000 at auction but charge me 12,000 for it how do you sleep at night well that's my story and from what I read nobody has anything good to say about them either unless of course it's someone who works for them ;)
Do not buy a car from auto brite in Saginaw I purchased a car from there and two weeks later got unpaid parking tickets when I didn't even own the car yet. Worst place
I see all the complaints but it is really a vase by case situation of course the vehicals are priced higher then worth one they arnt ginivng you credit and two its a bussiness they pay the what its worth you pay more over a longer time if you dont like the prices dont buy a car if your not approaved it aint because your credit its because you income dosnt quailify as enough know everything about the situation before you run your mouths
