i love Happy's pizza probably the best i ever had i mean little Caesars Pizza is good but not top plus happys delivers like pretty much every where there petty quick they tell u a time & there pretty much right on & when they deliver it like i picked it up its hot pops cold i love & enjoy every second of that pizza & pop & or what ever else i order price wise there cheap to

Happy's pizza is disgusting. I ready just about everything- even if it's not that great, but I can't stomach Happy's pizza. The quality and taste are repulsive and the service sucks. From the cardboard crust, the season-less from-the-can sauce, cheap, oily cheese, all the way to the less-than-quality toppings this is the most disgusting pizza I've ever had. I have no idea how they are still open for business.

Pizza took forever to get delivered, driver was creepy, stalker (ran into a few places and called out my name like he knew me), pizza was cold, hard and taste disgusting. I ask for garlic crust, they put some sweet disgusting powdered stuff on the crust. I scraped the powder off, re-baked the pizza, at a slice ( only 1 ) because I hadn't eaten in 2 days. Foodie brother took a bit and spat it out. You know what that means, when someone who loves food refuses food..."that ain't good". I won't bother to call to complain, because I don't want to be offered trash. But I do want to warn you. IDK how they are in business.

My friend from California came to visit today and asked me to recommend a good pizza place in the area. I said Jet's because it has always been a good pizza, and I've never had a problem with them....until today. We did an online order for a large square pizza with pepperoni and jalapenos. What we got was a large round pizza with only jalapenos (there was no sauce, there was no cheese), just bread and jalapenos. We realized their error after the driver had left. I immediately informed the store and was rudely told that "it was your mistake" by the manager Tony. I was shaken up when he yelled at me and said that he would not make a new pizza, and would not give a refund because it was an online order. I tried to reason with him, but he angrily refused. I then called Jet's customer service, and the lady from corporate said that there was nothing that she could do because that particular store was franchised owned. The only thing that she could do was send them an email suggesting that they give us a full refund, but that it would be up to them if they wanted to give me my money back. She couldn't force them to give me a full refund. I then drove to the store, tried reasoning with the manager, but he was still very rude. I left the pizza there, walked out the door, and never looked back.What has happened to customer service these days? This pizza cost $14.15 and all I got was crust and jalapenos. That's not even a pizza! If I wanted bread and jalapenos, I would have went to my kitchen. At the end of the day, we were left with nothing...and still hungry! I'd warn others from ordering from Jet's Pizza at 5789 State St Saginaw, MI 48603. I may never order from Jet's, at least from this location
I like it w pick up cause they call in case u 4get about the order....I've been there 4 sit in, but it's been a while & Idk if it's cause I didn't like service or I'll rather have pizza @ home....but it's not bad @ all 2 me...(4 now.) lol
Cold, slow, and greasy . . .After waiting for over an hour for my pizza, I called Happy's Pizza in Saginaw to find out if it was on its way. The manager came to the phone and discounted the pizza. After it came, I still tipped the driver, but after he left found that I had a cold, greasy pizza. Very sad.UPDATE: A week or so later, I decided to give them a second try. After waiting an hour for a pizza from their location 4 miles away, I received another lukewarm pizza. Considering that the person that took had my order over the phone was aware through caller ID that I had a discount and free delivery reserved for me, I would have thought that they would have done something to ensure the product delivered was their best . . . If this is the best they can do, it is sad, considering that other places manage to deliver hot food.I called the manager back and he offered me 10% off my next pizza. After this experience, I don't want another Happy's Pizza
