Our donation center is a friendly, customer service driven center. Our courteous team members will make sure that your plasma donation is completed in a safe and comfortable manner. We work to accommodate your busy life with our flexible, 7-days a week, business hours and efficient service. We also offer donation incentives for our donors. Come check us out!         Donate plasma and help save lives! Find out how becoming a plasma donor can make a difference for patients and help you earn extra money. Our plasma donation center specializes in the collection of protein-rich plasma from donors to help create life-saving therapies for patients with diseases, such as immune deficiencies, hemophilia, genetic emphysema, hepatitis, tetanus and rabies. We encourage donors to donate on a routine basis, and we compensate them for their time.

        These are the most warm and inviting group of specialists. They genuinely care about what they are doing to you and for you. I'd 100% recommend this center over other ones ive donated at in Saginaw Michigan.l

        Wednesdays and Saturdays mornings are slow. Only problem I have is that you give a sample, that sample is then sent to a lab in Texas. My sample has never came back normal. Why ?
        The lab uses a stronger centrifuge to find the level of your iron and protein. So if you have a protein at 6.1, you will have to give a second sample and wait 2 week for the results to return. They should not have to wait for a hard copy to return from the lab. Because they will get notice that the lab has received your sample, then freeze your account , so that you can not donate until the hard copy comes back .

        This is the slowest facility I've ever been.
        Not managed well at all and the staff act like its an inconvenience to process you through. Would not recommend this place to anyone

        Slow.....AGONIZINGLY slow. I got there when the store opened and it took me 4 hours to get in and out.... front desk staff is rude although the nurses in the donor area were pleasant...

        I have been a returning donor for over a year. When I took a little break they sent me a coupon for a extra $20 when I went to use it they told me I couldn't cause it had writing on it.. when I took it to the manager she told me I was silly and still denied it... I recomend people to avoid this place like the plague. All the employies are rude and the managers are even worse

        I was not amused by Staff in the back Donor area were they take the plasma they had attitudes as well and I made a complaint to the management whom didn't seem worried by it! I was restuck several time with the needle and that wasn't fun at all. Beware of this center as I got the impression that the staff in the back was just there to draw a check and could care less about me or anyone! TK from saginaw township!

        Easy to find location

        This location is based in a very urban area. My overall impression of the clinic was poor. The staff did not notice me waiting at the counter for some time and then could not find me on the list of appointments, which I had verified already by phone. There was a overcasual and largly unimpressed attitude among the donors as if they had just wandered in for the afternoon. I noticed several either chewing on their fingernails or blowing their noses. I chose not to wait for the next opening later that afternoon.
