Unbelievable experience! The staff were all amazing, Kay, Jim, Jake and Kent. All of our questions were answered, they were patient and kind even when we asked them to repeat what they said so we completely understood. Kay took her time and found financing that worked for us and Kent was so patient with our walk thru; he gave us a tablet and pen so we could take notes. Cheapest prices around PERIOD!!! Sales and Service Department are wonderful and show you everything you need to know to get out and camp.Go in and ask for Jim the Sales Manager, I will get you the best deal around..
I spent well over $30,000 here buying a new camper. Had service done here also. They do not handle customer complaints with any type of empathy or concern. When faced with a minor issue the service manager would rather tell you to go somewhere else if you have a complaint. Please save your money and go to a place that if you have an issue is willing to listen and attempt to give some type of customer service. You won't get any here.
