I recently went to American Medical Equipment, their staff is very nice and welcoming. I asked them about different types of equipment, they were really good at answering my questions and showed many different kind of products. They are a really professional staff and they also offer free delivery Etc. I plan on returning soon.
I have not had supplies from this company since April 2016. Due to being enrolled in Medicare, a new prescription is required as of June 1. I was told that Pro Air would send out a request for a new prescription. I have just hung up from my 3rd call to Pro Air regarding this issue. Again I am told they will send a prescription request. My doctor has received no requests at all. This company may want to reevaluate their mission statement, as they do not provide the service they claim to. Even when I was getting supplies, it was very sporadic and they don't seem to care.
Amanda at the Saginaw office is working with us on a lift chair. She is very helpful and follows up on availability of the chair we want and is efficient with the required paperwork. We are very pleased with the service.
Customer service reps in Saginaw are very rude and very unhelpful. They place the blame on everyone else who following up. I called today regarding an update on an item request one week ago. I let them know as usual the Saginaw office did not call back, rep was rude and told me that Tina in Sandusky filled your order.... She did not follow up. Not the Saginaw office. Taking my business elsewhere.
So disappointed in this customer service the rudeness the lack of attention and the response. Can I receive supplies on a timely manner. Can I believe that Medicare allows them to be the main source for supplies.
