I have been seen at the Mount Graham Family Practice many times. The facilites are very clean, however the nurses are very rude and unwelcoming. Also, the office staff, especially the billing department are very rude on the phone. I found an obvious error on my statement and the lady that was "HELPING" me was very very rude. She did not help me resolve my question and just said that's how it is. I will not be going back to this practice.
