I have been going to Targeteers for over 10 years. I have purchased and had many bows tuned here. The staff is very knowledgeable and the service is always great. I always leave confident knowing my bow is tuned properly and ready to hunt.

I just picked up my new Mathews Halon 32 today , Rob and the techs went over every tuning aspect on the bow with me making sure I was comfortable and that everything was working properly. Always a great experience with Targeteers.

Let me start off with the fact that I have been an avid bowhunter for over 30 years. My first experience with Targeteers was about 8 years ago when I went into their shop to buy a new bow. Ever since I have been going to them only for all my archery needs. I am not a very talkative person so I go in buy what I need and head out. I recently went there to buy a an accessory for my bow. I started to feel the tension from the older gentleman behind the counter and tried to diffuse the situation by telling him that I had been coming here for over 8 years. His answer was "I've never seen you here." I saw Rob in the store and was going to call him over but I didn't want to make a big thing out of it. The time is coming up for me to buy a new Matthews. I'm going to give my old one to my son. I'd like to buy it from Targeteers again, but one more bad experience and I'm gone for good.

My kid and I where doing some shooting just for fun but this people from the store keep trying to sell me some attachment and services for my son bow very rude bullying me that is what I call bullying sell.they also make very racist comments

Horrible Customer Service. 1st have to wait forever to get service. Shorter wait @ DMV. Brought in Brand new never used bow for set up. Hesitant to work on cause it was procured there. Advise "Tech" Can't used Roller press on this type Bow. He used roller press and splinter my limb. Asked for a D -loop was told I didn't really want one.

Never going back

I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of customer service at this shop. I am new to archery and received my first bow as a Christmas gift. I was very excited to go to Targetters for bow adjustments and to sign up for lessons. Upon talking to an older gentlemen behind the counter I began to feel they did not take my business seriously because I did not purchase the bow there. In fact that is an understatement, they were extremely condescending and rude. In addition, their advice was confusing and made conflicting points. I was interested in purchasing accessories, adjustment services, and lessons but left feeling beyond disappointed.

I really don't recommend this ...

I really don't recommend this place to buy a bow or to find out more about archery. I went into Targeteers to buy 2 bows for my kids and what I wound up doing was standing around with them for 20 minutes and waiting for someone to assist us. Once someone did, I told them my kids are interested in archery. I am a hunter and my son will most likely be hunting with me some day. I wanted to find out what a good bow for them would be. I could not believe the lousy costumer service. They wouldn't give me the time of day unless I brought them over a watch and asked them to read it. I cant express how disappointed we were especially after driving 35 minutes to get there. I will never go back. Not only did they just loose two bow sales but I was in the market for a new hunting bow also, and would have spent up to $1200 on mine. In addition, I was thinking I would take my kids for lessons. Who knows buy a target and some gear also. In the end they not only lost what could have been a great sale, but a long term costumer as well. Terrible! Terrible! Costumer service. I would rather buy my bow online, at Ramsey Outdoor, or Dicks than have to deal with such rude people. How do businesses stay open when they treat people like this.
