This Verizon is a large store and has big inventory however that come with lots of customers and a long wait time.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. The staff in general were very lackadaisical and had inferior product knowledge. One employ in particular named Curtis not only couldn't answer simple questions but decided it was better to text on his phone and talk with his pals in the store. I will never come back to this store and I strongly suggest to go elsewhere.
This location hads friendly service. Very knowledgeable about their products. If you get hungry Chipotle is next door.
The OWNER STOLE our money and never gave us our cases, West people in the world, I called and asked for the owner and the girl on the phone earlier said let me get him, I heard him say to the girl to tell me he wasn't here, such a lier, all I want is the right case for the right phone but he decided not to give a s**t and just walk with our money, he told me to leave my number and he would call me... no call and it's been a little over a month that I'm trying to reach him. THE OTHER REVIEWERS ARE HIS FRIENDS AND FAMILY, THEY ARE NOT GENUINE REVIEWS.
A little more expensive than some places in the mall, but it was a convenient location and they got the job done fast. They fixed my cracked screen while I was on my lunch break.
This is the worst mobile store ever. I went in on a Tuesday to get my LG F3 screen replace and paid $55 for the the whold service upfront. they told me they had to order the screen and it would be in that following Monday and it wasn't. then they told me it would be in by Friday and it wasn't. so I went in on monday and they said on Wednesday for sure. I went in that day and still nothing. then they said friday at 12noon 100% because they just chk with ups and tgats what ups said when friday came I went in on friday and sure enough nothing. they then promised me Saturday. when I went in that Saturday morning and the screen was still not there they try to blame it on the fact that they had order 3 different screen and it was all wrong. I was so pist I demanded my money back after 3 weeks of listening to their bs.
I was very happy with Mobile Kangaroo. They replaced my cracked Iphone screen quickly, reasonably, and efficiently. I recommend their service.
I went there today 09/ 21/ 13 around 3pm I was approached by the sales team leader he was very unprofessional lazy and also rude, I been in the customer service business for over 20 years and I sure know everyone doing this should always go the extra mile I went there asked them a couple of questions and since he was not really interested in helping us, I asked for the Manager, he said he was the Manager but he was just the sales team leader. I spend almost 3000 dollars a year with Tmobile account and I don't see how well my money has been spent, I've used this store for the last 3 years (upgrades) but starting today I will never go back there and will never recommend it to anyone else.
