Today I purchase the another Car for my Family . We purchase total of 5 cars . All the cars they give me best price in town .and all cars Runs Well .Easy Financing with low down payment if your credit is ok . Most of there cars are one owners. they also give me carfax reports as well. I will be telling all my friends to buy From Marshall Auto sales.
We bought a car my husband wanted here. After he signed. We got only one key was told the had 3. No mats. Spare tire worn out. Dirty car and only a quarter of a tank of gas. Disappointed because when we pointed these things out they said you only get those things with new cars. Shady dealings. Shady character.
Bought a Honda Accord in October '17, requested warranty and was told the expert on all things warranty was unavailable but would make contact the following week. After not receiving a follow up and making 3 calls of my own, I was informed that the car I was sold would not be eligible for a warranty. Okay.. and they wanted to keep a percentage if I returned the car. I declined their self-imposed commission and moved on. I was informed that they worked on the car and found no faults barring a degraded motor mount, which was obvious with the vibration of the vehicle. I was the not-so-proud owner for less than a month when I discovered the vehicle was burning oil. I kept up with the oil and other maintenance while attempting to have diagnosed. The car now has a blown valve and is not driveable. It has been rendered useless for roughly a month.Less than a year, 4k down the tubes and now I've a vehicle I'll be lucky to sell to make up a fraction of what I've paid. Suffice it to say, I will not be purchasing anything else from this dealer, nor will they have my recommendation to anyone else looking for a car.
Bought a van here last month, had a very good experience David was and has been very helpful with any questions i have these guys dont only sound honest they are and i found out they really want a satisfied customer. I will recomend tdealer to all my freinds and family and hen its time for me to buy another car. David has my business. Thanks guys
I recommend this dealer to everyone! David will take care of you when you buy the car and after your purchase in anything you need! Great doing business thanks!! they got me 2.99 which was lower than my credit union rate! thanks much
Very happy with my purchase. I've had it for a little over a month now and love it. David helped me out with buying my Jeep. If you need a good vehicle go see David.
My experience was AS GOOD AS IT GETS! SEVEN STARS. Bought a $20,000 Range Rover Sport from David, Alex, and Mike. . Had car checked out at my friends large dealership service dept. They did a very detailed inspection. Car checked out as "excellent." The mechanic found the car needed the rear window wiper blade replaced (6 dollars), the cigarette lighter fixed, (a fuse), and a wheel alignment. Everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. The back brakes pads were still good but getting low. There was no damage to the discs - rotors, but I told them I would like new pads, for my future "peace of mind.". Alex had new premium pads and a new sensor installed. The sensor alone was $38.00. My total cost for sensor, pads, and labor was $50.00 for both back wheels. That will save me bucks in the future. I really had high expectations of what I wanted and they more then met them. A mechanical engineer friend of mine checked out the integrity of door moldings, body parts, how things under the hood fit, like covers, looked for condition of wires, screws, plastic parts etc. He got "engineer picky." Said car had never been in an accident and was in superb condition. I can only speak for myself. My experience was awesome. Of course every used car is different. The more you pay the better the car. I'm a senior pastor and would recommend David Alex, and Mike to members of my church.
I have bought two cars from them and very pleased with the service, the harass free shopping environment, their prices, and if you know where you stand when buying a used car, not one from kelly blue book or fresh of the factory, this is the place to go, They helped in both of my car loans and I got 6.99apr for my car which was lower than golden one credit union offered me. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
This was my first time buying a car. It was a little scary because I don't have good credit, so I didn't know what would happen. I went in and talked to Jose. We did a little walk around the lot to see if any caught my eye. They had a really good selection on vehicles from all price range.Truck, cars, SUV's. I explained my situation to Jose. He explained everything to me very well and gave me different options that I was able to do. At the end we were able to close a deal on a car that I liked and not that only 1 car that I was able to qualify for. I recommend them for sure. Talk to Jose!!
These guys are awesome! Buying a used car is always a crap shoot, but at least if you shop at Salem Auto Sales you won't get hassled, pushed or jerked around. This is atypical in my used car buying experience from both major new car dealerships and small exclusive used car dealerships alike. I totally felt comfortable the entire time and was never once pushed or rushed into the deal. These guys find some of the best examples of both foreign and domestic used vehicles to put on their lot too. Keep in mind that these guys are not mechanics, and so all of the work done to the vehicles is completed by a outside private mechanic. DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND DUE DILLAGENCE! If you are not mechanically inclined, Google and You Tube can help! Check for potential problems before looking for ANY car you buy used. Then actually test for these problems PRIOR to purchasing. Before you buy, you also have the option of taking the vehicle to a mechanic of your choosing to have them scope it out for you. Will it cost more? Sure. But it will save you a LOT more if you don't know what to look for yourself. Before you blame the guys who sold the car, realize they too bought the car on an assumption of quality and paid a mechanic to fix known problems before selling. EVERYTHING breaks eventually. Rarely can anyone predict exactly when. Anyone buying a used vehicle should go into the process knowing this and plan accordingly. I am extremely pleased with my purchase, but I will not drive it until I change ALL fluids, lube ALL friction points of the drive assemblies, change the sparkplugs, change the fuel filter and triple check every regularly maintenance component even though their mechanic did a lot of that stuff already. Why? Because I don't trust cut rate mechanics who'll never see that customer again and I don't know what fluids (or their quality) that they put in or the parameters the maintenance was performed at or what maintenance items were skipped by the previous owner. But none of that is the fault of the salesmen (how would they now if the mechanic did his/her job right? If asked I'm sure they'd say it was the best service ever). If they paid a top notch mechanic to give top rate service to all of their vehicles, they'd be out of business because that level of service is not cheap, especially at high volume. If I am in the market for another used vehicle, I would not have a problem coming back to Salem Auto Sales.
