Read this before you call!!!!They are a good company, very professional and respectful. Unfortunately they are also very, very expensive. I had an estimate on putting a ceiling light of in two of my rooms as well as installing a ceiling fan. I had anticipated a cost maybe up to $1,000 for the job. I knew I could find a journeyman to do it cheaper but i liked the idea of having a bonded electrician doing the work. They charge $59 for an estimate. I didn't mind paying it because they take that off the cost of the job if you chose to do the work. I assumed their pricing wouldn't be that crazy but I was wrong. The estimates they gave me were from $2600 to $1700. I was shocked. For two light boxes and a ceiling fan install into an existing box, this seemed way above reasonable. The reps were very nice and professional. It's nothing against them. I feel bad for them trying to sell to people with these prices. I feel they would stand behind their work 100% but for these prices, I'll take my chances elsewhere.EDIT: got a second quote from a journeyman. He said he would do it for $200. So to recap, their pricing was $1700 to $2600. But someone else is willing to do it for $200.

Really expensive way over charge for estimates. They charged me 1200 just for the estimate and not even for the work
Reasonable, Reliable, Dedicated and Thorough....The Pool Guys Service know how to put a smile on the customer's face. Servicing pools in the greater Sac area for over 20 years.
Nice company, comes on schedule to clean your pool. Moniters the levels and is prompt and professionL.
Adrian the manager for Jorge the Owner said he would ask the owner after all the problems caused, broken gate, basket left dirty many times although I pay to have it cleaned, debris left by the pool, lock put on improperly and no service notices about what they are doing ever. Without an invoice how can I know they have done anything? The response was the Jorge called my cell from. Adrians phone to say that all the problems that John the technician did were being ignored and after that many requests it for sure felt like I was training his workers cause they still didn't know how to do their job after a couple weeks. Having been a customer since 2010 I cannot recommend them. Failed to resolve the problems above then didn't care.
These guys know what service is all about! They are not only very reliable but, extremely well versed involving any aspect of my pool.On the initial start up of my service, the owner came out personally to inspect all the equipment, pool surface and of course do a full chemical analysis. He found a few minor things wrong with the equipment and fixed them for free (who does THAT anymore?) then, shocked and balanced the pool water as well as gave me some instruction and tips on my pool. He also gave me a pamphlet detailing the service which included further tips on the pool and equipment. While the weekly serviceman isn't quite as familiar with the equipment as the owner, he very adept at the chemical requirements of my pool. That said, if an issue does arise that he isn't knowledgeable of he immediately contacts either the owner or assistant manger for advise.Great service. I highly recommend!
They came out to check out our garage which had some questionable electrical going on. They got everything up to code.
I called The Pool Guys because my large in ground pool had turned green. I spoke to the office manager, Connie, and explained my problem. She very kindly contacted Frank right away and he came by my home within the hour. He examined my pool and equipment and advised me that the pool pump was broken which is why the pool was green. Frank recommended that I replace my outdated, noisy, energy wasting pool equipment rather than just replacing the motor in the pump. He spent quite a bit of time explaining that newer energy efficient equipment would save me money in the long run and also be quieter and work better in keeping the pool clean. Frank's prices are fair as I called a few other companies and their prices were around the same for a new pump and filter with installation. I called Frank back on Tuesday, he came by that Thursday with his professional installer and installed the new equipment. Frank also brought my green pool back to blue again at no additional charge without draining the pool. Our pool has never looked as good as it goes right now - the water is clear and blue, and we hardly hear the new pump running. We are very happy with our new pool equipment and with the wonderful service we received from Frank and Connie at the Pool Guys and will be using this company for weekly pool service. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for any type of service on their pool. Frank is a real professional who really knows pools. .
