HORRIBLE customer service, only competent personnel in Front desk is Bob and the workers on back. My first experience was some what OK until I realized I wasn't given what I ordered. I had specifically asked for Aluminum and was given Steel. The lady that took my order states she didn't hear that part,meaning no Refund. I decided to deal directly with Bob to avoid such errors, He gladly said he would ask around to see if any colleagues were in need of this material and would buy them from me to try to compensate for the "miscommunication" and placed the correct order without any problem.Today, 2/23 I received a call from Bob saying my order had arrived and would be cut and ready by 10am. I called back at 11:53 to confirm my order was ready and incountered the WORST customer service ever! I ask to be transferred to Bob and wait and wait until she picks up the phone again, says "Hello" to which I respond I am still waiting to speak to Bob and hangs up on me.I call again and ask to speak with Bob again not thinking much about what had just happened, maybe it was a mistake, or the line got disconnected, to my surprise the exact same thing happens.3rd time I call and ask to speck to Bob, this time she hangs up on me right away after my request.4th time I call I ask if there is any problems transferring the phone over to Bob,she hangs up the phone on me.5th time I call she hears my voice and hangs up.6th time the phone is "busy".I call a 1-800, the same Lady answers and upon hearing my voice hangs up!I hate to play the Race Card but it seems to be an issue here or maybe it's just me.The day I delt with Bob personally I saw the difference in treatment my Father andI(Mexican-Americans)received from the ladies in the front desk to the treatment the Anglo Men received,total Night and Day.I have NEVER been treated this way and think no one should experience this.Bottom line if you want your order to be messed up and be treated badly please come here, they are Pros!!
