I am here due to my husband working for this company under Douglas Carter. he has worked for him for 7 months 6 days, 48 hours a week and is suppose to be paid monthly. The problem we are having is that he has not been compensated any overtime. He is never paid on time in the whole 7 months he has worked there. My husband quit after delay in his pay this month for the final time. upon doing so Douglas asked him to stay on the books until he gets another contract. My husband declined advising Douglas if I quit California law requires you pay me in 72 hours. The main concern is that 72 hours came and went 3 weeks ago and my husband has still not been paid. He has been calling and message both Douglas and Usalama directly and still nothing even expressed that are car payment was behind in jeopardy of being repossessed, our 2 year old had no diapers and no milk waiting for my husbands check that still has never come. For every month that my husband has worked with Usalama Protection Services wenhave gotten a $100 late fee on our rent due tomhim always behind with the payments. His excuse is always the mail must have messed it up. Spoke with Douglas yesterday morning which we have been very adament about our 5 year olds birthday being on Halloween over and over. after my.husband spoke with him once he made 65 attempts to call Douglas to get his money, no answer, no text, no call my daughters entire birthday was ruined. Still today on November 1st, 2017 its 9:08 pm pst and he has still not called, provided payment or even picked up his phone, As a matter of fact Douglas only picks up the phone when we attempt to contact him from a different number. He is working with a lawyer to file suit against him. I can also vouch for others who have not been paid by Douglas as well. This is not even a company I have never seen a company do this type of faulty business. To be completely honest I would not even give them 1 if I didnt have to.

Insightful. I cannot imagine why this was not done thousands of years ago. Common Sense really can be taught.
Wonderful program. I thank God for this program and all the wonderful caring staff at Freedom Through Education.

Very professional however when completing the online application they request the date of high school graduation. This is an illegal employment question because it reveals the age of the candidate. This will allow for age discrimination that can be used against the candidate and prohibit employment. The company will use other excuses, but that single question is illegal and against employment law. Beware.
Sometimes I'm wrong. Not in this case. I completed their GRE course early this year and after much heartache did much better than my original official exam. I took the GRE cold without studying, and that was a big mistake. I was wrong to do that, luckily the GRE policy states you can essentially hide that score so the schools don't know. I then decided I needed a course! Took this one, did much better, especially on the verbal side, I am not a fan of long passage based reading. I found this class was very helpful.
That's what I'm talking about! Real prep! Completed my class two months ago, took my test yesterday at the Prometric Center and scored above 160 on both sides of the GRE! Grad school here I come! Cost me a lot, but helped more than I thought it could because it focused my studying and gave me direction.Funny and smart instructor way helped too.
When I decided to spend the $500 for a prep course instead of reading the books/online stuff my main concern was an instructor and the instructor quality. I've had bad classes before where the instructor sucks. Not so here. I had a great instructor and he helped guide me and it really helped my score.
Score was better than the first official test I took before I started this class. Felt I was drowning without any help; didn't like the books at Barnes and Noble. Was a relief to get some help in a class format, it was worth the price.
GRE Prep course option is the one I chose. The course was strategy and review and was very helpful because I forgot stuff and couldn't see much of the strategy myself. I would recommend for those who are rusty (like me). Great course!
