Techs Jeff 3105 and Mike 3027 from 6200 Franklin Blvd bldg W27 Comcast Sacramento Ca came to service my internet at my home. They gave out my WiFi name and password. They are suspecting of piggybacking customers. Beware of those 2 if they come to your home!

Absolutely the worst delivery company I've ever dealt with. Called them put on hold and eventually got hung up on. Sent two emails with no response whatsoever. I had the tracking number referenced each time and was informed that the item was delivered at 2:56 p.m. which is ironic in itself as it was only 11:30 a.m. at the time my search. Aggravating at the very least.I suggest telling your vendors to use someone else for delivery as you wont order from them.
Great company, service was good and got quick delivery and was given a good time frame for delivery.
When we moved to Roseville in 1977, Roseville Telephone was the only source for a telephone. That company became Surewest, which has since been sold to Consolidated Communications. We have had both our home phone and now our internet service with them for many years and have always received good reliable service.
I like this place because this is where they give you you legal marriage papers. Really nice, and friendly customer service here.
I never write reviews because I don't normally experience such bad customer service but there's no excuse not only to be completely rude but use all resources possible as far as what was provided to contact the customer therefore, I don't refer this company to anyone! I have yet to receive my carseat or a call back!
Probably the best cable company around Sacramento. Good costumer service, good product
My Name is Travis Hester. SP #5602 from Yuba City, CA. I was an employee for On Trac Delivery Services/CA Overnight of Sacramento, CA and My Critical Express.I was homeless living in their company van in winter from November to January for which time the company kept telling me that my sacrifices would pay off in the long-run. That I was their company family and they would take care of me if I worked hard enough for them. I worked 12 to 18 hour shifts nearly EVERY day. No lunch or other breaks were given. This went on at times for weeks without a single day off. Once my checks reached $800 the supervisor Tom Sayles told me that my checks are going to have fuel deductions because he couldn't afford his company gas bills. This employer knew my situation from day one when he hired me. Said that I'm the perfect fit for the job position. However, on my employment application I identified myself as a twice convicted felony. He pointed this out, and said that I can never speak about that if I want to keep my job. He told me that he'd have to FAKE my background check so that he could get me TSA/Homeland Security clearance to handle air freight and enter restricted government buildings(US Post Office, CA Dept. of Education, County Sheriff's Offices, among others). I was homeless and desperate so I reluctantly accepted the job. Now, after all those lonely days in the van(cold and hungry and depressed and suffering) they are refusing to pay my overtime hours that I was promised to eventually get paid. I slaved for them day in and day out. They let me go saying they had no work for me to do. Told me to hold onto the van because I was still employed. But a week later they asked for the keys. Once they got the keys they changed all their phone numbers, don't respond to my emails, and even closed and moved their office. It took three weeks to get my last check and it included none of the pay I was owed previously. Not even reimbursement for the fuel deductions I was to get back. Had actually took fuel cost from my checks, then upon visiting the gas stations we used I found out that he had never made any payments towards the company fuel account. Please, contact me if you are looking to resolve/discuss these and other issues. I recently had a birthday party at The Pagoda Building and had an excellent time. The building, first off, is amazing. Great views of Sacramento, very clean and has some of the most unique paintings I have ever seen. The staff was very helpful and courteous to all of my friends. All of my guests had an awesome time, which in turn, makes me look like a genius. If you need a great place, with friendly staff and looking for a memorable evening, I would go to the Pagoda Building !
