Had to have my dog go here for over night stay because she had a surgery and was not responding to the pain killer and needed an overnight IV drop! They took great care of my dog and I would trust them over and over again!

Got my bunny from here! He is awesome. One of the best decisions my family has ever made! My step mother use to work here as a vet tech.

Overall

It's hard to understand how a place that loves animals and promotes pets finding loving homes would employ someone who could make it so difficult for my girls to have a pet.
One of there vet techs, Ashley, "re-homed" an 8 week old puppy to my two girls and husband for $400. She let us know how much she loved him and that if he wasn't a fit we could bring him back. and get our money back because she did no want us to just give him to anyone. When the puppy didn't work out with our cats and we returned him (with his second set of shots and worm medication for the worms he had ) she told us she would repay us and because she was a vet tech at this reputable clinic we believed her. Now 3 weeks later after she has let us know she spent the $400 on personal family needs etc... she has not given us our money or even officially OUR dog back even though we have attempted over and over again to get her to answer our texts or calls.

Our dog Snuffy

Snuffy was so sick the night we brought her in to VCA that I dug her grave the next day on the hill.

Through Dr. Kim's quick lab. analysis work that night and Dr. Arnold's ongoing study and care for the next four days...maybe five...Snuffy's back home and recovering from chronic gastroenteritus. She went from a bouncy dog to about totalled out in three hours. Our mtn. vet recommended VCA and we immediately went there.

She'll have the special diet maybe forever and is taking her four prescription drugs well...with a bit of cat food or an egg mixture. Her plumbing is back to normal. Many tears were shed taking her down and more, bringing her home.

This note is the best thanks we can give them. bob and marla edmiston
