        Great location, right on river with incredible views of the water. Beautiful venue with a cool vibe inside and out on patio is a nice place to enjoy a drink and food on the water

        On the River at the Virgin Sturgeon

        We enjoyed a quiet lunch on the river at the Virgin Sturgeon, a converted riverboat. My friend chose the pasta and spinach salad and I had a classic omlette with county potatoes (even though breakfast was over). Both were very flavorful with fresh vegetables, and larger than we could finish. The menu had a broad slection of dishes including many sea food choices. Our server was very pleasant and attentive. On top of this, it was a bargain with lunch for two and beverages totaling under $20.00. What I enjoyed most was the view from our window seat. How often do you watch ducks and boats float by while having lunch. The majority of the tables are at windows or outside on the patio. This is wonderful casual dining directly on the river!
