A SACRAMENTO LAW FIRM COMMITTED TO EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY REPRESENTATION. Specializing in business litigation, construction defect litigation, insurance coverage and personal injury. Sacino, Bertolino & Hallissy, formed in 1996, is a team of seasoned litigators with experience in a wide variety of areas of the law including, but not limited to personal injury, insurance coverage, construction defect, products liability, employment law and alternative dispute resolution. The firm has been awarded an AV rating by Martindale Hubbell. For over a century, lawyers have relied upon the Martindale Hubbell directory/rating system for authoritative information on the legal profession and specific attorneys. Martindale Hubbell’s peer review ratings attest to a lawyer’s legal ability, professional ethics and reflect the results obtained from confidential opinions of the bar and judiciary. The AV rating is only awarded to the most highly qualified firms. According to Martindale Hubble, only five percent of all law firms in the United States are recipients of this rating. An AV rating not only confers the highest attainable legal ability rating, it also signifies the highest marks for professional conduct, ethics, reliability and diligence. In addition, both Mr. Bertolino and Mr. Hallissy have been elected by their peers to the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). Induction into ABOTA is an honor and achievement that is conferred upon approximately one percent of all practicing attorneys.
