        Overall

        Horrible! I e-mailed a request to have somebody come to my home to provide a quote. After being told the correct person was out of the office, but he would call...I never heard back. Once again, I emailed a reminder, this time to be told they were waiting for a contractor. A day later I received a message with a date for the contractor to visit. I confirmed. But when that date came...NO CONTRACTOR! NO CALL!!! I sent in another e-mail and informed RC Fire about it, letting them know I'd be available to reschedule for any day except Tuesday. The next message I received was a visit scheduled for Tuesday!! I called to speak in person and the contractor was rescheduled for another day. This time he did show up and gather the information he needed. He said he would inform a sales rep and that person would call to discuss my choice of equipment and provide me the exact quote. After hearing nothing in over a week, I emailed another inquiry, asking when I can expect some information. After another 5 days without any response, I sent my final email telling them to forget the whole thing. I have since contracted directly with a local plumber and purchased my own gas log system from another provider. In all my years, this has been THE LEAST RESPONSIVE business I ever tried to work with. SHAME!!

        Left out in the cold

        Within a week of purchasing the Quadra-Fire gas insert, it stopped working. Both Mike and Esther have failed to follow up after making the commitment to do so. After two moths of hassling, we will receive a new unit. Overall it has been an unpleasant experience.

        Excellent Customer Service

        This store has the best customer service I have encounted since moving to Sacramento. They have the ""can do"", ""am on it"" and ""whatever you need"" attitude. Please visit them and talk to Mike. He really made our experience of purchasing gas logs and a barbeque easy and pleasant.
