Open Advantage Mri

Super hard to get into an MRI machine, luckily here you have the option of an open machine where you don't get claustrophobic. Great team.

I was referred her for an MRI due to an injury sustained in a car accident. I was very impressed. The front desk staff was very courteous and offered me something to drink while I waited and if I needed to use the bathroom. They got me set up pretty quickly and I was impressed that they took late appointments mine was at 6:45pm. This was a nice option if you need an evening appointment. I was directed back to a changing area that had a lock box for my personal items and then directed to the MRI room. The technician was very pleasant and comical. He gave me a choice of music and set me up. Overall this was a pleasant experience. At the end I was given a rose which was very sweet. I would recommend this place as they went above expectations in customer service and that counts for a lot in my book.

If you need an MRI, this is the place to get it done. As a paramedic for over a decade, I understand the importance of being treated with dignity. Open Advantage was painless from the scheduling, to getting actual xrays. The ladies up front were amazing; they made both my wife and I comfortable and made sure we had water or coffee. They explained everything, BEFORE it was done. The MRI tech was informative and gentle and caring. I was made as comfortable as possible and they treated me like I was a family member. I only gave them 5 stars because the website won't let me give them 10 stars. Thank you to the entire staff!!!!!!!
