Mel Rapton Honda

This was the best car buying experience that I've ever had. I now own 2 Honda's that are the most reliable cars I've ever owned. Bron McBride is the salesperson to ask for. Great to work with.

Car we were looking at was sold before we got there. They didn't try to push us into something else when they didn't have what we wanted.

We bought our last two cars here for a reason... Good people here, great cars, fair prices! Thank you!

I bought my Honda here 14+ years ago. When I go in for an oil change, they point out factory recommended services when appropriate. I don't feel pressured. I appreciate that I always leave with my car washed!

Worst place to take your car to get it repair. My car has been in this bodyshop since August 31 2015 and its already October 27th 2015 . I talk to a friend that works in a bodyshop and he said it usually takes 3 to 4 weeks to repair a car and my car has been in that shop for almost 2months. I just want my car back . And on top of that there making me pay for a rental out of my pocket. Worst bodyshop in sacramento . Don't take your car there trust me!!!!!!

Horrible little hobbits with no mechanical ability quick to pass the buck. The only reason I was there in my opinion is to watch all state burn their customers by sending them next door to get absolutely poor quality work at an inflated price. Doug does a good job of passing the buck and refusing to accept responsibility, great manager if your business model is lie cheat and steal. In my option that's all that this collision center offers. Four months later my husband 're repaired our car in a day in the driveway, but that's what we get for not checking YP reviews first.

The worst service I had ever had in my life. I rather drive out of town to a different Honda then to have to come to Mel Rapton. I will never ever in my life come back to this location nor will I ever in my life refer anyone to this location.

I was browsing the Craigslist rideshare section, and I saw an ad that advertised a $50 free gas card after riding their courtesy shuttle and they did not give me or tell me a way to get that free gas card. All I was told by the shuttle van driver was that they did not know what I am talking about. The shuttle van driver just made trouble with me.

Again go somewhere else if you can.
