Order a lamp as a Christmas gift, it was supposed to arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
Few days later I received an e-mail stating that it would ship at the end of January! what???? i bought it as a Christmas gift.
After that I send several emails to customer service and never received an answer.
I contacted them over the phone, nobody was willing to help.
This is unbelievable and the worst customer service I have ever received.

Excellent customer service. Stellar selection. My husband,toddler, and I stopped in because I found some pendant lights on their website that I wanted to order, but wasn't sure if they were too big for our kitchen island. Giovanni & another female brunette associate helped us. I cant recal the woman's name but she had an accent & knew her business. They were amazing. They measured everything out for us using tape & our island dimensions on the counter so that we could get a visual. They had us pull up photos of our dining table so that they could better help us.(it's a Scandinavian Designs modern linear table that seats 8 to 10 people so the correct lighting size is trickier than a regular sized table.My husband has modern tastes. I like a mix of modern & ornate. They worked with both of our tastes & our budget.Giving us suggestions based on ceiling height that would compliment our decor. We were there for about 3 hours with our toddler & they were completely Profesional,helpful, and welcoming the entire time. The selection at Lumens made it time consuming because we wanted to see all of our options. They sketched out some recommendations, walked the store with us, & browsed online with us too...giving us high/low recommendations explaining why the price was what it was & the materials used to make it etc. Great experience. We can't wait until our pendant lighting is delivered and we will definitely be back.

I wish I had of seen all the negative reviews and reports of shady business practices before ordering from Lumens.



I ordered some lights from rep Tiffany Thomas that was available from multiple vendors, and she guaranteed shipping/delivery by a certain date. As this shipment was very important, I checked in to confirm items were shipped as agreed, only to find out they weren't. I continued to get the run around for a few days, extended deadlines, but still a guarantee they'd get here in time. I then find out that they didn't even have the items in stock, and it became clear they lied about their ability to get the stuff here in time in hopes that I'd go through with the order anyway...which I certainly did not.



This is a fraudulent company that has no problem lying to clients and I would never recommend placing an order with them.
