Hair Phases International

AVOID this place in Fontana!!! I went here because I bought a groupon for full highlights and cut. the stylist CHOPPED my hair, instead of long layers I have some that are 3 inches and uneven, rounded it instead of squared at the bottom, didn't put highlights where I asked, and I think she fried it so that's why she chopped it!!! (over 5 inches cut verses the ONE INCH I asked for) (obviously the reason she didnt give me the mirror to see the back!!!) She spent a long time styling it.. obvious why now.. I didnt realize it until I washed it today how bad it was!!! Then, when you call to speak to the owner, he wont call back. So then when you call back and ask for him, they give you to the stylist that messed your hair up!!! AND STILL NO CALL BACK...... SOOOOO NOT HAPPY right now!!! I have a conference next week and now I have BAD HAIR!!!

I have lived in North Natomas for about 15 months. I discovered Hair Phases International the first month I moved here. I have never gone to any other hair salon since finding Hair Phases International. The manager, the staff, the stylists are all a cut above the norm that you may find in other salons.



In my opinion, what is different about Hair Phases International is that everyone is professional, and personable, able to assist you in all your hair design needs. The friendly staff at the front desk, remember your name, they offer you fresh gourmet coffee from the cafe next door. They even have hot and cold filltered water for you to help yourself and drink while you wait for your appointment. The Manager, Daena, always remembers my first and last name, and she comes over and greets me by name each time I walk in. That is incredible good service!



I've had occasion to work with many of the Hair Phases International stylists, each of whom have provided the best service not only in hair styling talent, but also in quiet listening and friendly conversation. I would feel comfortable working with any of the stylists there.



However, I have chosen to work with one stylist exclusively because of his creative talent, his positive energy, and because he makes my hair look great, just the way I have always wanted. One other plus is that our personalities are very compatible. I have enjoyed some deeply philosophical conversations with him, and at other times (and sometimes even at the same time) we have had some rip-roaring and wildly funny conversations which makes us both laugh constantly, and out loud, even while getting the best hair stylings I have had in years. My exclusive hair stylist is JOSEPH, a positive, philosophical, deep, wise, wildly funny, and talented young man. Actually it is hard to tell his age, because he is so mature and wise; and yet very young at heart. Who knows he could be an Old Soul, maybe even as old as Methuselah! I go often to Hair Phases International because of the manager Daena, stylist Kevin, and the other talented stylists and nice staff, but mostly I go there to have JOSEPH work on my hair.



Hair Phases International is a happening place. Since it is in the Safeway Shopping center off of Del Paso Road, it is very near to my home and located right near, It's A Grind Coffee (my favorite coffee and conversation place) and also near Hollywood Video (my favorite film people work there) Hot Dog Records (my favorite music and recording celebrity, Mike, the owner, and Max, manager are there) The UPS Store (where I send and receive my mail - my favorite UPS people, Kashmir, Sunny, Kent, Ruby, Dave, Paul, Igor, et al. are there) not to mention Panera / Giovanni's Pizza / Adalberto's Tacos are all right there near Hair Phases International. It is never empty, the lights are always on, the music is soothing, and the sheers are A'CLIPPIN'. Come and see why I give them A 5 STARS - EXCEPTIONAL RATING
