**Residential Maintenance Program** Our complete bi-monthly pest program is fully guaranteed for all the usual household pests such as ants, spiders, earwigs, fleas and rodents. Our program consists of an initial service (interior and exterior treatment) followed by regular exterior treatments every other month. **Interior Service** Our technicians will treat all the baseboards in your home and the corners of the walls and ceilings. In addition, we will treat under the sinks and in cabinets when deemed necessary, to eliminate all ants, spiders, and other insects that nest in those areas. **Exterior Service** Outside your home, we treat the foundation, your garage, around the windows and doorways, under the first floor eaves, your fence lines, the edges of sidewalks and driveways, and the yard areas around your home to provide a protective barrier. Our service also includes spider web removal around the exterior of your home! **Regular Visits** On ou r regularly scheduled follow up visits we will re-treat the exterior of your home to reinforce the protective pest barrier and we will also remove any spider webs that may have popped up since the last visit. **"Our Written Guarantee"** The bi-monthly pest program should keep the interior pest-free, but should they return, so will we, no matter how many times it takes.
