Alpine Apartments

Me and my husband were looking to live in these apartment we was not except and one the things they say is you get your money back if your not accpted we gave her $312.15 and we called over and over and no one answers we have gone by a number time no one was there and we just look and says no leasing but they don't answer the phone do not give any thought of going to these apartments you will regreat it we did

I was so excited to move into my cute little apartment. No more roommates eating my granola and using my soap! But then reality sunk in, how could I not have known that dead bug in my drawer was a cockroach?! How did I not see the shady people across the way selling drugs?! Well...



If you like the following, this is the place for you!

-Cockroaches, everywhere, all the time. You'll be blamed for them every few months, no mater how meticulous you are in cleaning and baiting them...and nothing will be done to combat them by management.

-Waking up to yelling at all hours of the day and night...sometimes you get the added bonus of glassware and televisions being thrown! True story.

-Your oven will either be on or off...there's no temperature control, so don't worry about trying to actually make anything.

-Nosy neighbors your thing, good! If they're not yelling or smoking pot, they're all up in your business...even if you have no business...they'll know your schedule better then you do.

-Speaking of pot, you'll be smelling it to and from your apartment on a daily basis, get used to it, the no drug policy you signed was probably used to roll a fatty.

-Like having a toothless wonder assault your boyfriend, well, send him to the parking lot to clean out the car and maintenance will be happy to oblige.

-Screaming children. (Need I say more?)

-Half-assed projects completed, sort of...the faucet only drips a little now.



There are some positives:

-Though the parking lot is ridiculous, there's always parking, and only a few potholes and puddles.

-There are BBQ pits/picnic areas that I imagine are great for parities if your guests can find "guest" parking and you're not embarrassed to have them over to begin with.

-The pool is refreshing when in commission, and rarely used later in the day.

-Location is convenient to Raleys and Trader Joes...who am I kidding, y'all have 2 WalMarts real close.

-I never had any laundry stolen from the machines. Of course I rarely had a chance to do my laundry since I could only fill my laundry card when the office was open and they never seemed to be open in spite of the posted hours.



Basically, don't do it. The price looks so great, but these apartments, and the ones across from them, are full of trashy people living trashy lives, and they don't even know it. If you're desperate, I get it, but if you're looking for a long term housing option and you have standards about your living conditions, this is so not the place for you.
