FRAUD. I got insurance with Alfiya and canceled the policy on the 6th of november and she said I would receive my check in 7 business days. Here it is 11 days later, I call her and she ignores me all week and finally when I get ahold of her she says she's in a meeting and to call her office, and when I did they said they have no records and crap but they will call corporate and figure it out. They then said I would get a check in 7-10 business days.



I went to my bank and disputed the charge for $325 when I was told I would be charged $300, (where did the $25 come from?)



I called nationwide cooperate and they couldn't find that I ever had a policy with them and I gave them ALL my information.



I called her and she was yelling at me in russian the instant she picked up and muted me and wouldn't talk.



she just wanted to pocket that money, she's a fraud.
