Wonderful Company that is dedicated to helping the running community thrive. Their annual cim event is great.
Great place to take safety classes and volunteer. You want to know CPR if you have children. Costs are minimal.
They suck. They're horrible. Marilyn is the worst. Our HOA finally dumped them and are so much better off! Vierra Moore does nothing but a disservice to the communities they "represent".
All people's LOOK FOR PAYEE DO NOT GO UNDER CEPS BUSINESS SUCK BAD GO OUT OF BUSINESS REPORT SSA OFFICE ON MY MOTHER END TAKE BBB ME PUT 30 NOTE STILL PAID RENT PLACE NOT STAY. CALL NEVER RETURN CALL BACK PLEASE FIND OTHER PAYEE OFFICE
These people are buzzards.
I always caution my clients before purchasing in a condo community: for better or worse, the association will, to a large extent, determine your quality of life. That's why well managed associations like Westlake often thrive even during challenging economic times. Amara used to be a well managed association, enforcing rules sensibly and always keeping it's primary mission paramount: enhancing the quality of life for its home owners. Sadly, things have changed quite drastically recently. Inexperienced board members have taken over, management costs have been shorted, and some very, very bad decisions have been made in a misguided attempt to pick up the slack. When legitimate noise/nuisance complaints aren't addressed promptly and effectively, both the violators and those forced to endure the infractions are negatively affected. When serial parking offenders are not dealt with at thesame time casual dinner guests are towed without proper statutory warning, the deleterious effects on quality of life can last for years. After having sold so many units over the years to so many clients who have spent many happy years at Amara, I find it so sad that I now have an obligation to disclose the multitude of quality of life issues that are currently being mismanaged and growing worse. But any association can get back on track. It just takes smart and dedicated board members, competent management, and involved home owners.I truly look forward to the time that I will be able to recommend Amara as a good condo choice in North Natomas once again.
If I was to tell my best friend about this place I would have to be brutally honest, Betty M Wrights Refusal to use automatic bill pay and refusal to use direct deposit has caused me a great deal of distress. Before Betty took over my account as a payee my credit was around a 650 and going up and since her take over my credit has dropped substantially and bills are not being paid. I have written letters to the Va requesting a change in fiduciaries; but it appears I may need to visit with my congressman to address the issues. I do like one of her staff members Amy she is polite and does her best to assist with all manners. Betty however is not with today's times and has made political comments and other comments that do not sit well with me and the fact that her office is three hours away and we have never meet in person to make a budget or financially plan is disturbing as well. Just the honest truth.
Betty's staff is decent however she is uptight and should not be working with vets in my opinion
