I've been a member for nearly 40 years. I've never had a major complaint about any practitioners or facilities. What minor complaints I've had were easily remedied.

We have had WHA with Hills for about 20 years now. This insurance is great. We pay a copay for our doctors appointments and & 50 if we go to hospital and they cover everything else. When I do have to call for anything they are very helpful!

Had to drive 72 miles round trip to get CPAP machine set up to get modem to work. It had stopped in late July. Drove down there in late Aug 16 and then called in Oct and asked for compliance printout. Told that no information from modem since late July. So trip was a waste. Employee called and said I could send photos of modem numbers and not need to come in. Sent photos two days later and did not hear from anyone. Finally, left voicemail on a Friday. On Monday, return call from someone else who asked what she could do. When I asked if she knew about my situation, she said no and I insisted that the manager call me.Asked for a return call in 24 hours. No call in 7 days so called and the original employee answered. Told me that modem needed replacing. She stated that I was called with that message and after I related the call I received and getting no message and no return call from the manager, she offered to come to my house to exchange the modem. Will she if she shows up,

This is the insurance that my family and I have. This is great insurance and it covers almost all of the expenses except copayment.

Had my last baby here!! The doctors and nurses were great!! The room was big enough for my family to fit!!

The staff at Allmed is pretty nice. However the pain management doctor is unfriendly, discrediting of pain and didn't not want to do anymore work then necessary.

Spoke to a representative about an incident on my WHA card and she explained what happened so I would understand it. She was very patient and understanding.

I was referred to the Maxillofacial Surgery department at the South Sacramento Kaiser for a tumor in my lower jaw bone. After multiple sugeries to remove and rebuild my jaw, my jaw is functional and looks normal. The entire staff in the Maxillofacial department is marvelous.

a great insurance company that is willing to assist you with any problem that you have and has amazing doctors and specialists under their plans.
