The car I bought from them broke down 10 days latter!!!I had to spend $ 7000 to fix it. then one year latter new problems came up. Long story short they sold me an unreliable car and did not care. Also one year latter the dmv still thinks I own my old car witch i traded in to them. My suggestions is go some were else.

Horrible ethics and morals. Pedro Valverde is a desk guy that supposedly makes the deals. He came out and lied to myself and my pregnant wife of 9 months. We intended on purchasing the vehicle today after running all the numbers with him yesterday. When he came out he changed the numbers and tried to charge us $4000 moire and thought we would not notice. After confronting him on it he claimed that his dealership needed to make more money on the deal and that I needed to get screwed in order to allow his numbers to be good. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and I hope that management will take care of these issues.
Bought a 2017 cadillac xts from them, great sales Dept. Honestly, we were going to go back to buy another vehicle. BUT! ! Then CHRiS happened in the Used Car Sales Mgr. Happens! The dings they originally fixed , they were unhappy with, so they requested we bring car back (we thought cool, but sort of inconvenient) We don't even get car home and see NEW scratches that were not there before they took it back. We called, they said bring it back, we did . upon inspecting the car, we find 3 NEW VERY BAD DINGS IN PAIINT! Now I am pissed! When this guy CHRiS is told he says "it's a black car you have to expect dings? No, I don't when they weren't there before they took it back in! He claimed that they didn't drive my car, I didn't say they did! But ,something happened to it !!. He has the nerve to tell me he is terminating the call- guess what? You're an unprofessional Jerk who clearly needs glasses & a customer service & how ro be a human being class!! I would go elsewhere for buying a car & service! Paying cash for a 2017 car isn't worthy of satisfying a NEW customer. You threaten to hang up on me??! #LOSER
Top notch dealership. Great selection, Great sales team and no hard sell and extreme haggling. I dealt with Sherri from start to finish. She knows her Ford products very well. Crummy location? Hardly, This is the kind of hometown dealership you want to go to.I will only deal with Downtown Ford from now on and so will my friends and family. Great team Downtown Ford!!

I witnessed them take in a vehicle for service, promise it would be done by 2:00pm, only to get a vehicle back after service dept closes at night, since they mukked up on getting the right part, washed it half-way w/o respecting the owners time expectations and they also took unnecessary time doing a full inspection, when the job takes most of the day again wasting owners time. Poor communication on their part, despite clear request by customer. Bad Service.
