This is the best place to use as your storage facility the place is safe in good area and the staff is great friendly and courteous and very helpful .

2.0 star rating 6/17/2017I have stayed here numerous of times. Its a basic motel an the staff is cool HOWEVER this last reservation I made, I didnt even get to stay because Jenny, the girl at the front desk messes up my reservations. I called to see if it was possible to change my reservation to 1 night instead of two and what would be the rate IF I changed the reservation now, since I had to check in that same day and could not make changes online. Instead of her checking the rate, she changes my reservation to 1 night and tells me the rate. I tell her no I will stay with my original reservations. She then tells me she changed the reservation and cant change it back. Im pissed because now it goes up to the weekend rates when I secured the weekly low rate. She didnt try to resolve the issue to say let me take your number and talk to my supervisor to see what we can do since I messed this up for you. She just kept asking you can still come at the higher rate. So now Im screwed for the weekend. They are normally on point however, this time Jenny messed up and I am not happy. Wont be going back.

Horrible ! Had reservations for a double.They told us to come back at 4:30 and room would be ready. When we returned all they had was a single. Hard to sleep 3 adults ! Then we were approached by drug dealers in parking lot. If you are a crack head this is your place. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

This business is A-1 Hospitality... The owner takes furniture designs from other companies, ships it to his warehouse in China to counterfeit it and resell it under his own name and profit off of it. The showroom looks nice, but its all a cloak to hide the fact that he is running a shady business. I worked for him and it was unpleasant, as well as eye opening. He seems nice, but is all about money, and doesn't care who he has to step on or screw over to make his money.During my time employed, I performed every task I was given on a daily basis...without training. I asked on multiple occasions for help on how to do the job, and kept getting told I need to do a better job at understanding the business and how to do my job.... but the boss does not provide training at all. I had to keep asking my coworkers how to do and find everything. I kept an ongoing journal daily of all my tasks and how he asked me to do them, because there is no daily tasks given to you, protocol to follow, or work module to follow; and he forgets everything and changes his mind on how he "asked you to do things". I was also talked down to allot and told that I am wrong all the time and that I needed to ask other coworkers how to do anything... because the boss is really big on NOT TRAINING and NOT HELPING EVER!! *On the day I was let go, I had actually gotten assaulted the night before at a concert and was in really bad shape medically and could not come in that day. A few hours later, I was on my way to the hospital and I got a call that they talked to the boss about the incident and that I had been let go. I even had a police report on hand in case I needed to bring that in as proof. I was wrongfully terminated and the owner (boss) didn't even have the decency to call me himself and talk to me on the phone. I didnt even get to talk to him face to face about what happened or why he let me go. Please do not put yourself in a bad position and work for this guy or do business with him, you will regret it.

This location is on Madison right of the freeway. The staff is very nice here. And helpful. The ER doctors that live out of town (up in the hills) stay in this place because they give them a discount.

Stayed one night at this hotel with my son. We were attending the Car Show at Cal Expo nearby. We needed an ADA room, and got one that was absolutely perfect! There was no shower chair, but when I called the front desk, they brought us one right away! The staff was very helpful and friendly - The room was great - and the free breakfast was delicious! Only one drawback, and I know it's something that the hotel can't control - numerous times during the night a train came by, tooting it's horn what seemed like excessively. A good night's sleep (in a very comfortable bed) would have made it a perfect experience - next time, we'll bring ear plugs!
