There is a reason why everyone gives this medical supply store a 5-star rating. Very helpful staff, great selection, surprisingly reasonable prices, free samples. I called first to check if they have rental wheelchair available. Just by talking with them on the phone makes them your BFF already. Ive been to other places and nothing matched the service. They go above and beyond and actually save money because you don't purchase what you unnecessarily need. I tell everyone about My Home Medical because I want their business to last, we are growing old you know

My experience. .. great!!! I called first to ask if they have knee scooter or knee walker for rental. They checked. On silence for a few seconds. Then they said they have one, they put that on hold for me. I expect for them to for my credit card but they didn't. The next day, they have it ready for me! It was all set based on my height, weight, which injured foot, etc. Explained the cost - 90 a month , deposit - 100 which was returned when I brought it back in good shape. I was trained on how to use brakes, maintenance, etc. Wow. What excellent customer service, plus they gave me a good quality knee walker.
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. John (manager) does not care about his medi-care customers, all he wants is to get paid by medi-care. He fails to take care of his disabled customers once he puts the crappiest possible bed in your house (don't forget, after a year, it's yours!). We have been stood-up for scheduled appointments and drivers have shown up without actually making an appointment with us. John thinks it is the customers' job to "take responsibility for the bed," (I am quoting John) even if you are within the year and the bed is not yours yet. They dodge calls they don't want to take (like when you have called numerous times trying to get help or when you report them to medi-care and MEDI-CARE calls them). My mother is probably going to go back to sleeping on a camping cot with air mattress because the quality of both product and service at Lincare is appalling. Someone should shut them down.
