I recently bought a truck from Rubin at the Fulton location. I don't usually write reviews but I just have to let everyone know that if you are looking for a car go talk to Rubin and his team. They are very friendly, up front and honest about their vehicles. I had a great experience and would recommend going in there and talking with them. I will definitely be back in the future!! Thanks Rubin! You guys are awesome!!! And I might also add. To all those people writing bad reviews- do you understand you are buying a "used" car? Obviously it's not going to be straight from the factory? So it would be your responsibility to look it over before you buy. They even offer a car fax report. They don't hide anything.
Worst service ever....for a simple oil change they charged $75.00 using the poorest quality oil.....they did not even bother to put an oil change sticker on the car.....did not rotate tires as per oil change deal....took 15-20 mins of consult by the so called "experts" to conclude my car did not quality for a tire change. Extremely poor quality service by inadequately trained and incompetent staff!.

We bought a car my husband wanted here. After he signed. We got only one key was told the had 3. No mats. Spare tire worn out. Dirty car and only a quarter of a tank of gas. Disappointed because when we pointed these things out they said you only get those things with new cars. Shady dealings. Shady character.
7/19/18 called and did an application over the phone with Olivia and waited a gave it a few hours. Nothing. I finally called and talked to Olivia. She first said the hold up was a credit issue. Then she said it wasnt a credit issue. Then she said the issue was the car i applied for wasn't on the lot. She said she would call by friday. Ill update my review then. Loosing hope though. Called today 7/20/18 and was told by Olivia my credit score SUCKS and would love some else to finance me. This is how you treat a family of 7? A disabled U. S. Veteran. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. !!!!!!
Bought a Honda Accord in October '17, requested warranty and was told the expert on all things warranty was unavailable but would make contact the following week. After not receiving a follow up and making 3 calls of my own, I was informed that the car I was sold would not be eligible for a warranty. Okay.. and they wanted to keep a percentage if I returned the car. I declined their self-imposed commission and moved on. I was informed that they worked on the car and found no faults barring a degraded motor mount, which was obvious with the vibration of the vehicle. I was the not-so-proud owner for less than a month when I discovered the vehicle was burning oil. I kept up with the oil and other maintenance while attempting to have diagnosed. The car now has a blown valve and is not driveable. It has been rendered useless for roughly a month.Less than a year, 4k down the tubes and now I've a vehicle I'll be lucky to sell to make up a fraction of what I've paid. Suffice it to say, I will not be purchasing anything else from this dealer, nor will they have my recommendation to anyone else looking for a car.
Early in the month of September 2013, my car's alternator rotater was replaced promptly and efficiently after my call to My Euro Car. With professionalism, these My Euro auto techs had installed the part ready for me to drive out within a few hours. One auto tech had driven my car with me as the other mechanic drove me following to their shop. I waited while they worked in cool comfort in their tiny waiting area with TV. The wait wasn't long and I drove out smoothly 'n' satisfied with their work.(Previously, AAA had towed my car home. The driver thought the problem could be either the battery or the alternator...My neighbor had tried unsuccessfully to fix the problem suggesting it was NOT the alternator but the rotater.)
