After I had already placed my order, I noticed that two orders prior to mine were being refunded. After waiting 20 minutes my order was finally handed to me. I asked if my Rodeo Burgers where in the bag, the manager said "yes." I stated how can that be when I just heard you tell the two customers before me that you didn't have onion rings or bbq sauce? Which happen to be the ingredients in a Rodeo Burger. The manager named Wayne said that the cashier should not have taken my order for the rodeo burger. I said you, the manager, took my order and the two customers before my order. And, during both of those orders you took and had to refund you failed to inform them that you didn't have sweetener for the fountain drinks, no french fries, no bbq sauce, no onion rings, etc. I asked the manager 'Why are you taking orders for stuff you do not have in stock?' The manager, Wayne, became immediately irate and making a scene in front of the other customers. Refusing to provide me with the food I had already paid for, 20 minutes prior to. Had I been the owner of that franchise I would never want an employee like Way e working for my franchise.
I went to the one in Sparks, NV and the food there was good. This one is just as good. My family and I really liked the serving sizes as we could all eat some of everyone's.

I went on Mother's Day May 10th. Live music which i thought would make this place decent. Walked in, sat at a table, family of 7, pretty hard to miss us and the server didn't even notice us. 20 minutes went by before I went up to the register and asked for menus. The waitress then said she would be right with us, which took another 10 mins. We ordered our food and waited 1hour and 25 minutes to get our food. The server brought us 2 wrong plates. I ordered Nachos, what can go wrong with Nachos? The beans were old , dry and tasted as if they just had used yesterdays re-fried beans.The rice was salty and tasted like ground cumin. I ordered a quesadilla with fries for my 4 year old. Even the quesadilla was disgusting. It was greasy and soggy. The fries were stale. My four year old said "Mom I like McDonald's fries, this is nasty". I sent the Nachos back and the quesadilla order. A side or rice and beans was ordered and I sent that back too. I asked the server to get my bill and charge what we ate, and cancel the rest of our order for our party of 7. However, that took another 15 minutes for her to come back, only to tell me they would only remove the Nachos and a plate of shrimp which they hadn't even brought out to our table. I asked to speak to the owner. The owner was rude and unapologetic, no customer service at all. Everything about this place was terrible. The owner is even worse than the server. I will never go back to this place again. ZERO stars for this place. Worst place I have ever been to. Such a waste of our time. We didn't even eat the food. With the plates they charged us with plus fountain drinks and 2 micheladas, our order was $160 plus. What a waste of money. This place made my mother and my grandmother have the worst Mother's Day dinner. Never again!
Quick stop for tacos with no lettuce for the little one. Clean, quick, and friendly. Great when I'm in a time crunch!
My girls love the food an I love the fact that freshness comes first. Have yet to be dissapointed in our dining experience!
