My son picked up lunch for us and we were given okra instead of fries. When I went back to get our order corrected, I was handed my fries and told "here you go". No apology, no politeness. I understand that mistakes happen but the employees need to be trained better.

My family really enjoys the chicken tenders. I pick up a family size order with a couple of sides at least once or twice a month. Seems like every 2nd or 3rd time I go there, I get home to find something missing. They left out the fries, the extra rolls aren't there, where's my purchased jalapeños? Once, they even forgot to include an order of chicken livers. How do you leave out a whole box? I don't get it. They are always nice about "making it right" but I live 30 minutes away. I'm not going back to pick up the test of my order and miss eating with the kids. Come on. Just get it right the first time. Slow down, add some quality control, and get the order right. I don't want to go thru two bags of food and open everything before I leave the parking lot. You got good food. Make sure you don't screw up the final package by having kids load the bags or just trying to bang it out so fast. I appreciate fast food...until I get home and have to tell the boys we ain't got no fries. Management needs to manage. Add a QC step if necessary. If this happens to me this often, it happens to lots of customers. You can get this right if you try. Honestly, I'll start going to Churches, KFC, Popeyes, shoot...Pizza...if you don't start trying harder. I don't like spending this much money only to have a frustrated family when I get home.
