DO NOT GO HERE! We went 2 years ago and had an amazing experience, so we decided to go back for Valentine's Day. Apparently the restaurant is under new management and it's really a shame. I don't even know where to start. First off, they had a pre-set menu and didn't tell anyone that there would be a pre-set menu when they made a reservation. We get there and they bring us to a two person table and we are practically sitting on top of the people next to us. There were 3, 4-person tables opened and I asked if we could sit at one. I was told no we may not. Instead, they sat 1 person at one of the 4-person table sand the other 2 remained empty the entire night. We get the menu and there are 4 entree options, and they ran out of one. $65 dollars a person and you only have lasagna, roasted chicken with mashed potatoes, and lobster tail to choose from. Twice while speaking to my waiter he walked away when I was in the middle of my sentence trying to order something...I've never been treated so poorly while at any restaurant, you will receive better service at a Chili's. They brought my date the wrong entree, so he got his meal a half hour after me-not to mention that it took an hour and 25 minutes from the time we ordered to even get my entree. I ordered the roasted chicken which was rubbery and disgusting, and I have been sick from it all night and morning. This was the worst experience I've had while out and it completely ruined our Valentine's Day. This restaurant is not what it used to be.

Ok Valentines Day is a busy for any restaurant, but to be rushed and thrown out is totally unprofessional and unconscionable. The saucer was removed from my sister -in -law's place as she lifted her coffee to take a sip. The bill was shoved in front of me in the next minute. 2 minutes later the head waiter came and asked if the bill was ready yet. When I said no he rudely said that we had to leave and that others were waiting. This was 8:30. Normally restaurants have second seatings at 9pm. The table next to us got the same treatment. Never been thrown out of a restaurant before. The only reason we were there was because our friend, Jason Nazzaro the Sinatra singer, was playing. Will never go there again.....even if Frank Sinatra himself came back from the dead and was playing there! Low class owner and management.
