I used to love this bank until I discovered the employee bigotry toward the visually impaired at this branch. A visually impaired person asked me for a ride to this bank. As I have to be at work at 8, she said that she would just wait outside the bank until it opened at 9. I received a phone call shortly after 8 that I would need to come pick her up as an employee told her clients are not allowed to wait outside the bank for it to open. While I understand security protocols, this interaction was rude and did not take into account that some people have limited access to transportation.
