I want to express my sincere disappointment with the services we were provided for our wedding on Saturday. The driver called me in the morning asking where he needed to be even when it was all clearly provided and listed on contract. Your paperwork said we had a remaining balance even when you were paid the month before the wedding as requested and the driver argued with the groom and my mother in law about it. The driver was late picking me up, making us late and behind for first look pictures. His driving was poor and the limo was old, even when you’re site said the limo we were getting was NEW. There was food on the seat, and we didn’t bring ANY food into the limo, so my bridesmaid had her dress stained before the ceremony even happened. Overall, I will never recommend your services to anyone and I plan and providing reviews where I can because this was the biggest disappointment and flaw from our wedding and clearly should have went with a competitor.

Please know for future brides, none of this should happen and you need to do a better job at selecting your drivers, and being transparent about your poor services.

Diamonds Limousine/Ambassador Transportation was just excellent from start to finish. Used them for corporate work and there accounting/billing dept was super friendly and helpful, sales/reservations was easy going and called me a day in advance to confirm my reservation details. Chauffer showed up dressed in a black suite and tie with a nice cap on witch made me and my guest feel extra nice that they put that much attention into there uniforms. Other black car services show up late with not so professional uniforms on. Car wash washed and inside was cleaned and smelt great. It gets even better complimentary water bottles, candies & a newspaper. I have to say we will continue using you guys on a regular basis. I was very impressed and would highly recommend this service. Big thanks to the entire Diamonds family and there management team for running such a well efficient business.

Had a limo for our daughters 18th Birthday so her and her friends could go to the club together. The kids had a great time. The Service was exceptional and their driver John was wonderful. Thank you for making the evening a success!!!

TALK ABOUT GREAT SERVICE! I AM SO HAPPY I CALLED DIAMONDS LIMOUSINE SERVICE. THE STAFF IN THE OFFICE ARE SUPER FRIENDLY AND THE PRICES ARE VEN BETTER. Diamonds Limousine treats every one like family. All of there staff goes above and beyond for you. I have used Diamonds Limousine in the past and still today. They are simply the most affordable and the BEST limousine company around. Debbie & Duane both do an amazing job. I can not stress enough if you need a limo CALL DIAMONDS LIMOUSINE TODAY!!!!!!! We just rented #32 for my birthday last week. Tommy Walker did a great job! Very well dress drivers all the time. The car showed up clean and smelt like a new car. Never had an issue with them once. Service from start to finish was extremely awful and I'll NEVER ever use Diamonds Limo for anything in the future let alone recommend it to a friend. Crappy service aside, their limo was out of date, torn up on the inside and nothing worked. The price is low and that's because they're the worst in the business. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.

Best Bachelor Party Ever!

I have been to a number of bachelor parties over the years, some good and some... not so good, but the one that Diamonds Limousine chauffeured has to be the best one yet! First of all, the limo. Wow! Seriously the coolest vehicle I think I have ever seen in person. The exterior was perfect, shiny and very classy. It looked like the limo came right off the car lot. The interior was just as amazing. Tricked out with all kinds of lights and great sound system, I felt like I was in the VIP room all night. The driver was a really fun guy and it felt like he was just another member of our party. He was telling us all kinds of great stories and jokes all night, he had us all in stitches most of the time. I mainly want to thank all the folks at Diamonds for the work they put into their business. I can tell it is a very well-run business and I can’t wait for the next time that I get to use their services. If you need a limo, please call these guys. They will not let you down!

I just wanted to write & let you know that we were so pleased with the service that we received from Mike S, the limo driver of Molly, last Saturday at my daughter Elizabeth’s wedding. Mike was very friendly, engaging & accommodating with the Bridal party as he drove them around the park for pictures. Afterwards, we received many compliments from the guests about him so he must have been very engaging with them as well when he shuttled them back & forth from the Cobblestone House & parking lot. The old fashioned & open air trolley was a hit with the guests too on that beautiful day in the park.



We are so appreciative for Mike’s & Diamond Limousine’s service that day. It helped to make my daughter’s wedding fun & enjoyable for the guests.

has been such a whirlwind since my wedding last month, the first few weeks of marriage have been truly amazing and such a dream come true. Obviously including our honeymoon, which was even more fantastic then we were hoping for. Anyways, back to the review.



I could not be happier with the limo service that my husband and I used for our wedding. I wanted every little detail of the wedding and the reception to be perfect. I had been planning it over the course of a year and I was sure that it was either going to be the best thing ever, or everything was going to crumble. Thankfully, my nerves during the planning did not last and we were blessed with a wonderful wedding.



The limo service that we used turned out to be an essential part in making our special day perfect. We are so grateful to the limo service and the driver who helped everything run so smoothly.
