Wild West Ski Shop

The entire staff was AMAZING! Blew us away with how friendly they were! Jordan was SOOO great with everything we threw at him! Patient and respectful and kind.

They treated us good at this shop. The prices were decent and they were helpful with the area. I was a little disappointed with their lack of retail but they were helpful with their rental gear. My wife decided to switch out for a shorter ski after the first day and we were able to do so without any issues.

Most of the time ski shops are very busy during the holiday season. Even if there are not a lot of people in there, they still have reservations to be setting and plenty of stuff to keep them busy. I have worked at the ski shop before and so i know how the days go. Concerning the boot not fitting, that is your job to make sure that is fits before you take the trip up the mountain. We deal with a lot of people so you have to be patient. Your time with your nephew would have been well spent if you would have made sure your boot fit. Simple as that. There is no need to bash on the ski shops because we all bust our butts to make sure that your experience on the beautiful mountain is memorable.

I had taken my nephew for his first time on the mountain here at ski apache, we decide to rent here they fitted him and had us out quick to get there money. We drove up to the mountain and started his lessons my nephew complained and complained about his feet hurting discovered that his boots were way to small. Drove all the way back down the hill back to rental shop they were rude and just punks about the whole situation. Waste of money and the real time to spend with my nephew who had flown in just for this time to spend togther.Horrible not worth it just rent at ski area

A ski was mixed up at ski area and my daughter(who only returned the skis for me) was made to feel like a criminal and was threatened with the police being called by the owner. My daughter was harassed to the point of tears in front of employees and customers. I am a local resident and had completed the rental agreement where my address, telephone, and NM license were listed. But I was not contacted prior to this verbal abuse. The skis were returned by person who had my skis later.
