Arrow Towing

Ken Duke was on time and very perceptive in noting the dangers of towing my vehicle considering we could not get it in neutral, it's 4 wheel drive and was parked backwards on a steep hill; therefore, he proceeded to diagnose my problem and provided a solution that allowed me to drive my vehicle home within a few hours. My wife and I are very grateful and extremely impressed with the company's professionalism. Ken and his employee, John, were well mannered, conscientious and diligent in their efforts. It takes a lot to impress me but I was impressed!

Hoping to see some wildlife on a back road, we ended up stuck in the snow. Arrow was dispatched through our roadside assistance. They arrived in the time frame given, were very nice, and had us on our way quickly. Thank you!

My son did something to the locking mechanism on the door to our suv and the door would not shut. I called Arrow Towing and the gentleman that answered the phone was very nice and said he would be there in 5 minutes and the charge was 40 dollars. He arrived in 5 minutes and fixed my problem in a matter of minutes. Super nice guys and very affordable! Highly recommend, they saved my day!
