Used to be a really nice place the last couple times I was there the heating was broken the entire restaurant was extremely cold and where we got seated we had to keep our coats on the entire time their prices have gone up considerably since they redid the place we both got burgers and fries of which the burgers looked and tasted like they come out of a microwave and the French fries were cold The waitress apologized a couple times for the issues obviously it wasn't her fault but when The friend I was with at the time called in to speak to the manager and complain about the poor food and conditions all he could do was blame the waitress even though it wasn't her fault and then got smart with my friend and hung up on her used to go and eat there all the time years ago now a lot of us boycott it because of how much it's gone downhill

We had breakfast here this morning on the recommendation of a friend, as even though it's 30 minutes from our home, it was worth the drive. Cleanliness is my top priority when choosing a restaurant and this diner was immaculate....even the restroom. I ordered scrambled eggs with sausage and substituted sweet potatoes for the hash browns. I would have never thought to do that for breakfast, but it was delicious! I also tried a pancake and it was really good....soft, fluffy and very big...I could only eat 1/2 of one and brought the rest home for later. One last thing, this diner is very reasonably priced. I don't remember the last time my husband and I went out to breakfast and spent less than $20!Definitely going back!
Smells bad service sucked
The Ale House is very nice; it is half bar half dining. The dining area is nice, the waiters are nice, but then there’s the food. It is too complex for an ale house and it is not very good. Their salad has huge lettuce leaves (making it very difficult to eat), a slice of carrot, and only two salad dressings. Their pulled pork is bland, their ribs were overcooked and too complex with pomegranate bbq sauce, their scallops are too complex with hazelnuts and other unusual extras, and worst of all their prices are too expensive compared to the quality of their food. For example their fish and chips are $13.00. It is too loud too; you can’t even hear the person talking right next to you. I would only give this restaurant one and a half stars!
