I went to a total of 4 Honda dealerships last month looking to find the best deal on a new Red 2017 Honda Civic Hatchback for my son's graduation present. I also spent countless hours on the internet searching for best deal. So I was fairly informed about the car I wanted to purchase. Honestly I am an extremely hard customer to please as I get turned off easily by dishonesty and sales people in general. I will walk immediately if I feel slightest bit of BS. Then I started corresponding with Tammy Wynne the internet manager of Piazza Honda of Pottstown. I explained what I was looking for and I told her to give me her absolute lowest price on the car I wanted. I explained to her just like I explained to the other dealerships I had visited to give me there lowest price,as they would not get a second chance. She didn't hesitate and gave me a quote that beat the lowest price I received from competing dealers. She beat the price by an astounding $600. I then circled back around and contacted the other dealers and told them here is the price to beat if you want to make this sale. Not one would budge 1dollar. I went to dealership next morning and had a truly remarkable experience. The finance manager offered me different options for extended warranties. I usually can't stand finance managers but this guy was not pushy at all. Also I swear I was walking out the door from dealership to drive my son's new car home in less than 60 minutes. However about 6 weeks after purchase my son came home and said he had a flat. I figured I would have to shell out the $175 for the new tire. I mean it never crossed my mind that a dealership might offer a brand new replacement tire for FREE. But thats what happened. I honestly have never in my life had such a wonderful buying experience as the one that I had with the guys at Piazza Honda of Pottstown. They are terrible. Long story short, do your own research. No one here knows anything about the cars. All they are interested giving as little as possible for your trade and charging as much as possible for the car they are selling. Two year old used car for $1000 less than the sticker on a new comparable car of the same model, but they low-ball the offer on any trade. My advice is steer clear.
In a world where great customer service is difficult to find, this company has it down pat! They did what they said they would do in every way and all with a smile. Way to go!
Prior to our visit to Piazza Honda my husband and I visited 6 other dealerships. Jose, our salesman, really set this dealership apart from all the others by truly listening to and understanding our needs. In addition to his listening skills, he truly knew his inventory , which enabled him to recommend the car we ended up buying. Not only did we receive great service from our salesman, also from service. The service manager wanted to detail the car for us they are even going as far as to deliver the car to our home since we were unable to make a second trip down. This dealership went out of their way working with us, which in turn earns both our loyalty and further recommendation!Both my husband and I feel Piazza Honda offers exceptional customer service! Other dealerships pale in comparison. Kudos to Piazza for a great job, Old fashioned customer service rarely seen in today's world.
I purchased a 2014 Honda CRV last week! This was my first car purchase on my own and I couldn't be happier! Steve Minford was my Sales Consultant, he answered any questions I had and was very knowledgeable. I came in the week prior to test drive the 2014 Honda Civic and CRV - I wanted to test drive both. I have had many friends who have had Civic's, so I was used to their size and handling, but the technology in the EX trim level was incredible!! If you have an iPhone 5 or higher, you can purchase a HondaLink app and be able to get the entire map, like a Navi system!!! Pretty cool!!! I decided to go with the CRV for space, something different and the AWD, especially after the winter we just had!! After the purchase, they provided a complimentary first oil change voucher and offer free pa State inspections. I also like they they have a refer a friend program, which entails a $100 to you when you refer a friend! That's awesome!!! I am enjoying it and and would highly recommend Steve and Piazza Honda of Pottstown to my friends and family!!!
This is the fifth vehicle I have purchased from Fred Whitehawk. I wouldn't go to anyone else. He is honest, straight-forward and he doesn't push. He takes all the time I need to test drive, answer questions, change my mind, and make the deal. I love that Fred has been in the business of selling Toyotas for 25 years. I could not be happier with the ease and convenience of Toyota scheduled maintenance. I drove in, dropped my vehicle in the drive-through service center, and my 5,000 mile service was done within an hour...for FREE! Up to a few days ago, I was driving a 12 year old Ford Explorer with over 141,000 miles. It was time for me to look for something more reliable and I decided to stop in at the Pottstown Honda dealership to look at a 2011 CR-V that I saw online. It had been a very long time since going through the car purchasing process, so I was a bit apprehensive at first. As soon as I got there, Jose Figueroa helped put me at ease. I informed him of my situation and he was very helpful in answering my questions and not making me feel pressured to make a decision right then and there. A few days later (the only reason it was a few days was because of the snow and New Year holiday or I would have been there sooner), I brought my husband back to look at the CR-V and we spoke with Ben Grinar. Again, very informative and no-pressure atmosphere. He walked us through every step and helped us determine what would work best for our situation. The following day I was back at the dealership trading in the Explorer and driving off with the CR-V. Thank you so much for the great service provided! Making a car purchase is a big decision and can be stressful however, Jose and Ben did a fantastic job of making the process very easy. I will be spreading the word about the excellent service and know in the future when my family is in the market for another car that we will definitely be back!
