We had this company fix my truck MONTHS ago since then it has been back now 5 times each time it goes back it is there more then a week and owner never contacts us. We ALAWAYS have to call for updates on our vehicle. At which point it is always another excuse. This last time it was sent back it has been sitting in the same spot for more than 3 weeks now untouched. Now it won’t start. Gasket were never replaced,it had been leaking since the first time we got it back, which it never had before we brought it there. Second and third time there it wouldn’t shift right. Fourth and fifth it still leaks. We check on it regularly. It has been on different lots. It has been found unlocked and keys in ignition. There was also a huge cup of change left in truck which is no longer there. Always when we call we are told will be done either that day or within in the week, and we will be contacted. I am very disappointed as this company came highly recommended by a very good person. But have also noticed vehicles make repeat appearances. Will definitely not recommend to anyone. After readind negative comments about company I wished I had seen them first. Will definitely have my vehicle be 2nd checked by another company.
They deserved ZERO stars , that's what are worth as shopI left my son's car for brake repair, in which the cost was estimated to be 139 dollars, throughout the repair i was contacted and told to purchase parts to replace, Because the vehicle was misdiagnosed. I was never given another estimate or told that the price has changed verbally or as a written statement. When it came time to retrieve the vehicle I was surprised and confused as why I was being charged over 600 dollars for the labor, as I supplied the parts. The car on the other hand was not repaired, the brakes were inadequate and the vehicle was undoubtedly unroadworthy. Due to these intolerable factors I refused to pay for a repair that was not complete and at a price which was not discussed, Violating Florida statute 559.905 "written motor vehicle repair estimate and disclosure statement required" as no written, or verbal statement or final cost of repairs was disclosed to me prior to picking up the vehicle. At which point the owner of the business "Glazer Simon /Shimon" refused to release my vehicle.official complaint has been made to Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) , XV Judicial Court for Palm Beach County .
I took my Toyota Sienna there about a month ago to be repaired. They had the car for a week claiming they could not find the parts. They finally repaired the car, and my wife kept complaining that the brakes were too low and it was very hard to stop the car. I kept taking the car back to be checked and they kept claiming that the brakes needed to be bled. I took the car back to them at least four more times, and they kept claiming the same thing. I took the car back to the shop one more time, and told the manager that I was disappointed with the work they had done on the brakes. He got into the car, tested the brakes and said the brakes were fine. Last week, my wife went to pick me up at the airport and we almost had an accident because the car was not stopping on time. The next day, I took the car to Brake World for a second opinion. They informed me that the master cylinder was bad and that I had no brakes. I told them to fix the car since the car had no brakes. I picked the car up yesterday and now the brakes were working fine. I took back the receipt and the part to Quality Auto Repair expecting them to refund me for the bad job, and the manager informed me that he wouldn't return the money, because I had taken the car to another shop and had lost the warranty. At that point I told him that I was going to blacklist him and I was going to talk to a lawyer. At that point he claimed that I was threatening him and he was going to call the cops and have me arrested for trespassing. At that point I lost my trust in the place and said that I was going to tell everybody I know not to go to this shop for the poor service and shoddy repairs.
Mr. Cane has never been a customer at our repair shop and is falsely accusing us of damaging his car, YP has been notified of this issue.
Will never step there again. The gift box with a present for my daughter was covered with black finger prints and an Amazon gift card was missing. Disgrace!!
My car wouldn't start so I walked the short distance to Bill Tyson's. Mike gave me a ride back to my car and got it started. My battery is gone. They gave me a very fair price. Glad I came here!
who calls a car shop 'AMAZING' ??,I find that hard to believe ,JAMKins sounds like a commercial for QUALITY AUTO ,anyway I find ( I give this company 0 cero stars but they won't let me post a review unless I give them ONE star so I HAD to give them a star) company is too SECRETIVE ,you are absolutely PROHIBITED from going IN or AROUND the back just to see what's going on with your car ,everybody knows about possible liability but they use that to their advantage you are at their complete mercy on whatever they tell you is wrong with your car ,and there is more but I can't talk about it right now.
