        Horrible customer service from...

        Horrible customer service from the owner, Scott Hill. We spent a lot of money on kitchen flooring that started to bubble and after we notified the owner of the issue (Scott Hill), he never returned phone calls for months! He was supposed to file a claim with the manufacturer and NEVER did until after 7 months! And that only happened because we had to call the headquarters of Carpet One and the manufacturer to complain that he was not returning calls or addressing our issue. Manufacturers technician looked at the pictures I sent to them personally, and they said the installation looked like it was not done properly. Unbelievably bad customer service at this place. They were great when they wanted to sell us the flooring, but the attentiveness and caring ended once the sale was made. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you have any problems with your flooring after the sale....good luck getting the owner to return your calls and take care of you.

        Very poor customer service. The owner never returned our calls when we started having problems with the flooring they installed. We had to actually contact Carpet One headquarters to contact the owner and tell him to respond to our calls. Appointments were made to come to the house to look at the issue and no one ever showed up. We spent a lot of money on a floor that was supposed to have a 25 year warranty and the service after-the-sale at this place is awful. If you have problems with your installation or the flooring, good luck getting the owner to respond to your calls and address the issue. It is going on 7 months and our flooring issue still has not been addressed. Unbelievable.
