I wish I would have read the other reviews before I even drove there to see product they had advertised on their website that has not been available for over a year.

I don't know if I caught everyone on a bad day.but I literally had to ask for help.all of my questions were half way answered.I felt like I was getting denied service.I was trying to purchase two Husqvarna chainsaws.I had a Husqvarna gift card I've already purchased things with at another outdoor power equipment store...but they told me my card can't be used.I had to go back to the previous store and purchased the same chainsaws with no problem.I felt like when I walked in I was labeled soon as I walked in..



The fact that these mongloids ...

The fact that these mongloids are still in business is AMAZING. The absolute WORST customer service. Which with this type of business is to be expected. But these mongloids AMAZE even further by keeping your equipment for minimally a month, blame the parts companies for not sending the needed parts ("what am I supposed to do - my hands are tied"), and when your equipmewnt is finally "fixed," you, the customer, get to bring it back two days later because it really weasn't fixed at all. Three pieces of lawn equipment, and three failures. UNBELIEVABLE does not even cover it. So wasdted money, time, and worst the abject frustration in dealing with these sh*!stains. Pisses me off that I have to give these idiots even one star.

This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen. They are rude, they are lazy, and they take weeks to months to fix things-if things ever gets fixed at all. We will never go back and they should be out of business. I would give negative stars if I could. I cannot believe this business still exists.



The fine folks at Billings rea...

The fine folks at Billings really step outside the box to help anyone who walks in their door! They put the word SERVICE back into the phrase "customer service". They truly do care about one's needs, from servicing the small postage stamp size of lawn, to those who have businesses and the need to have many varieties of equipment maintained & serviced in a timely manner. They treat customers with respect, humor, professionalism and lay out the welcome mat for anyone who visits their shop - whether it's a rep from a landscaping business, or a single home user with an electric mower & a 'weed wacker.' They're the best!



Where did you purchase unit?

I want to know where you purchased your unit and why didn't you take it back to them? If it is a big box store they don't stand behind anything they sell, so I'm thinking you went for price only.



Beware on Warranty Work

Beware when dealing with Billings Lawn Equipment on warranty work. When picking up my mower, I was surprised to find out that the manufacturer's warranty would not be honored because they claimed a "stick" had caused a belt to break... yet was given no evidence of said "stick" or a phone call before work was performed. Instead, I was given a bill for $80/hr labor + parts.
